String a crimp bead then a wire protector onto a length of wire. Pass the wire back through the second loop of the wire protector and tighten the wire down into the protector's channel.
Pass the wire through the loop of one portion of a toggle clasp then slide the clasp up and into the open center of the wire protector. Continue back through the crimp bead then slide the crimp up the wire so it is snug against the wire protector.

Note: If a crimp cover will be applied later, leave a very small amount of space between the crimp and the wire protector.
Use the back notch on a pair of crimping pliers to close the crimp bead. Rotate the pliers 90 degrees around the partially closed crimp bead then use the front notch of the pliers to finish closing.
