What inspires you as a designer-artist?

Nature is a huge source of inspiration. I love the Myriad variety of colors and shapes that we possibly cannot even imagine!

What medium do you work with mostly?

Beads, crystals, stones and seed beads. I love bead weaving.

Why did you become enchanted with this style of jewelry-making?

I am Indian and we love jewelry. I started out making jewelry to match an outfit. Once I got into it, now I get outfits to match my jewelry.

Where and how do you sell your jewelry?

Etsy and bead shows.

What is the name of the piece you submitted with your success story?

Galadriel pendant and earrings set

What inspired this design?

Some designs are inspired by stitches. For this one, I wanted to use RAW to bezel my favorite color of stone--astral pink.

How did it come together?

I dream designs, which means I can’t plan it but I wake up in the middle of the night to write down stuff. Sadly most of my dreams are out there and not very practical when get down to try it. This particular design started with colors to went beautifully with each other that I had to try. Believe it or not, I manage to finish the pendant design in one day.
