I have made and sold over 50 beaded lanyards since November. Now all of a sudden people are coming back because they have broken. I used Accu-Flex® beading wire 7 strand 0.019 clear for stringing. Do you have any suggestions for something stronger? I have a large order coming up and really don't want to restring.

Lanyards get a lot of hard use. Accu-Flex® Professional Quality Beading Wire comes in different "weights," which is a combination of the diameter of the wire used and the strand count—the more strands that make up the wire, the stronger the wire. The larger the diameter of the wire, the more weight it can hold.

0.024-inch 49-strand Accu-Flex professional-quality beading wire is a larger diameter wire with a larger number of strands that is able to withstand more aggressive use. You may need to use a smaller Accu-Flex wire for beads, cultured pearls and crystals that have a smaller bead hole.

This should get your lanyard business back on track in no time!
