What is the "correct" way of doing 2-needle right-angle weave? Do I keep changing from one needle to the other, or should I try to be a rightie and a leftie at the same time, i.e. keep one needle in each hand?

You will be using both hands to hold each needle, one on each end of the thread, and work equally with the two. It is a good idea to keep the piece you are working on in the center of your work space, and keep the two threads completely separated on either side of the RAW (right-angle weave) piece. This will help prevent tangling the two threads as you are weaving. Here is a great tutorial on how to do RAW double needle stitch and a project for inspiration.
