How to Use Adjustable Ring Findings

Instructions

Step 1

A ring on a ring mandrel

Slide ring onto ring mandrel to desired ring size.

Step 2

Pliers squeezing the ring to size

Using chain-nose pliers, squeeze shank together to desired ring size.

Step 3

Pliers squeezing the adjustment pegs together

Using chain-nose pliers squeeze adjustment pegs together to grip and hold shank at desired size.

Step 4

ring off of mandrel

Remove ring from ring mandrel.

Step 5

Pliers holding the ring by its back

Using chain-nose pliers, firmly bend adjustment pegs down around shank to lock in desired size.

Step 6

A crystal being inserted into the ring

Insert appropriate stone into bezel setting.

Step 7

A bezel roller closing the setting

Using bezel roller, bend bezel prongs down securely over the stone.

Step 8

Completed ring

For best results, bend all prongs on opposing sides until all prongs are securing the stone.
