Topics: Using a Wire Jig to Create Earwires

Q.
Do you have any easy instructions for making loop earring findings?

- Bev
A.
For making your own earwires, I would recommend using a wire jig so the shape is easily repeatable and all earwires match. Instructions are included with jigs, and you can also review the ''Wire Jig, How-To'' video how-to and illustrated instructions or the ''Peg Leg™ - Wire-Wrapped Jig'' illustrated instructions.

When making earwires or designs that need to hold their shape, I recommend using 21-gauge or 22-gauge half-hard sterling silver wire.
