How do I make ''mobius'' links?

A mobius strip can be made using a flat strip of any flexible material, such as paper, ribbon, woven seed beads, knitted yarn, wire or thin metal. While holding the material of your choice flat and horizontal, bring the ends together to form a circle. Twist one end so you then have a twist in the strip.

Connect the ends with an appropriate method for the chosen material, i.e. weave the two end rows of seed beads together, knit the two end rows of yarn together, solder the ends of the metal strip together, etc. There will be a twist in the strip which will define this shape.

To link multiple mobius strips together, create one completed mobius link, pass the strip for the next link through the completed link, form the mobius then secure the ends together. Repeat to create a mobius chain as long as you'd like.
