Q.
I've had a jewelry website since February 2010, and not had 1 sale. I've tried everything to attract traffic to my site without any luck. What else can I do? Thanks,
- Bev

It's difficult to know why a website isn't converting sales without seeing it. Generally, the design, photography, pricing, copy and ease of use have to merge together to create a site that's attractive, shows your jewelry well and makes it easy for customers to do business with you. Some people are wary about buying jewelry online from someone they don't know. You might consider closing your stand-alone website and creating a shop on Etsy.com. There, you benefit from their marketing and good reputation, as well as a fun online environment where people love to shop for jewelry.
