Hello! Could you tell me if the Accu-Flex beading wires are water resistant? I bought another brand (foolish of me!) to make bracelets and they all got rusty after a few days when in contact with water. The ones that were not in the water, but in a place quite humid, eventually got rusty as well ... I don't want to go through that again! Thank you for your advice!
I've been making beaded jewelry for some time now. The wire/cord of some of my pieces has stretched over time so that there are spaces near the clasp of my necklaces. I am using Beadalon/Accu-Flex type wire. I've heard of prestretching your wire. Do I need to do this to prevent them from stretching out? Do you have any other suggestions to prevent this from happening? Thanks,
What is the difference between "tigertail" wire and regular beading wire? Which is the strongest for lanyards and badge holders? Thanks,
Hi, I am new at jewelry-making, Do I have to use a beading needle with the Accu-Flex® wire? Will it speed up the process? Thanks

I am thinking about changing from wire to thread in my jewelry making. However, I don't know how you prepare your thread for a clasp. I know you don't use crimp beads but do you use wire guards? What do you do? And do you even recommend switching over? I have been having trouble with my wire upon finishing my piece. When I have been pulling the last end to get beads closer to the clasp, my wire has been breaking, I broke 3 necklaces just this week.
What type of string or cord should I use for glass beads? I have glass bunnies and other beads but don't know how to get started for a bracelet or necklace. Help!!
What is the coating on Accu-Flex beading wire made of?
I made a necklace with a lot of drops. What should I do to counter-weight it so it hangs right? It seems heavy and wants to go in a "V" but then the sides look bunched up? Any suggestions? Can you show me some ideas of counter-weighting?
I make magnetic bracelets and would like to use a wire to string the beads. What is the best choice and do I use the crimp bead method for the magnetic clasps?
What does "strand count" mean?
I am pretty new at jewelry-making. I bought some wire to make a necklace. It is the grey silver-colored wire. Can I use this wire with gold beads and clasp, or do you think it will look bad?
What weight of Powercord is best to use when making stretch bracelets using 6mm Swarovski crystals and 4mm glass pearls?
I am making bracelets with lampworked beads, Swarovski crystals, and bead caps. Could you please recommend the correct wire to use for this task so I can accommodate the weight of the beads? Thanks very much.
I am having a problem with lanyards breaking. I am making them with 6mm Swarovski bicones and silver tube beads. I use a Wire Protector on each end, but they still seem to break. What can I do?
I have made and sold over 50 beaded lanyards since November. Now all of a sudden people are coming back because they have broken. I used Accu-Flex® beading wire 7 strand 0.019 clear for stringing. Do you have any suggestions for something stronger? I have a large order coming up and really don't want to restring.
I am using Accu-Flex® 7 strands (.012") and crimp beads with pearls and other beads. Some of the necklaces get broken after a while. What can I use to make them stronger?
Is thread or beading wire better for beading necklaces or bracelets? If using thread, what kind is better and stronger? If using beading wire, how do you determine the wire size?
I want to make a floating pearl and crystal necklace for my daughter's prom dress. I saw one using gold Accu-Flex® wire with the pearls crimped on each side. It looked really cool--but I am unsure of the weight of the wire: .019 inches or .024 inches diameter?
