Triple-Strand Bracelet with Glass Beads and Gold-Plated Brass Beads

STEP 1
Using two pairs of chain-nose pliers, open a 4mm jumpring. Pass it through one loop on one half of the clasp. Close the jumpring. Repeat attaching a jumpring to all the loops on both sides of the clasp.

First Strand

STEP 2
Using wire nippers, cut a 14-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire. String onto the wire one crimp tube, a 1/2 inch piece of French wire and a jumpring on the clasp. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube leaving one end of the wire approximately 1-inch long. Pull the crimp tight against the French wire and the jumpring so the French wire is formed in a nicely curved tube. Place a small amount of adhesive inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using wire nippers, trim the excess wire from the short end.
STEP 3
String onto the beading wire:
  • Two 4mm gold beads
  • One amber and copper twisted oval bead
  • One 3mm gold bead
  • One 6mm filigree bead
  • One 3mm gold bead
  • One glass tube bead
  • One 3mm gold bead
  • One glass oval bead
  • One 3mm gold bead
Add one amber and copper twisted oval bead and then repeat the above pattern in reverse to create a mirror image of the first half of the strand.
STEP 4
Place one crimp tube and 1/2 inch of French wire onto the beading wire after the last bead. Pass the beading wire through the first jumpring on the second side of the clasp and back through the crimp tube. Pull the wire snugly so the crimp and the French wire are closer to the clasp and the French wire is formed into a nicely shaped tube. Make sure there is no slack along the entire length of the strand, yet it's not so tight that the strand is rigid. Place a small amount of adhesive inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using wire nippers, trim excess wire from the end.

Second Strand
