Double-Strand Necklace with Silver-Colored Foil Resin Beads and Silver-Finished Brass Chain

STEP 1
Place one 23x20mm blue barrel resin bead onto an eyepin. Finish the end with a simple loop. Repeat to create four 23x20mm blue resin barrel beading links.

Repeat to create 16 of the following, using one bead and one eyepin for each element:
  • 10mm blue resin beading links
  • 10mm aqua resin beading links
  • 10mm light green resin beading links
  • 10mm clear silver resin beading links
STEP 2
Open the loop on one end of one 10mm blue resin beading link and pass the open loop through a loop on one silver resin beading link. Close the loop.

Continue connecting beading links, adding an aqua resin beading link, then a light green beading link.
STEP 3
Repeat to create 16 sets of four beading links.
STEP 4
Using diagonal cutters, cut sixty 1-1/4inch lengths of silver finish 2.2mm cable chain.
STEP 5
Using two pairs of chain-nose pliers, open a 5mm jumpring. Pass the open jumpring through a loop on a 23x20mm blue resin barrel beading link, and the last link on one end of three pieces of chain. Close the jumpring.
STEP 6
Open a 5mm jumpring. Pass it through the last link on the other end of the three pieces of chain and one loop on a 10mm blue resin beading link at the end of a set of four beading links.
STEP 7
Open a 5mm jumpring. Pass it through the last loop on the 10mm light green beading link on the other end and the last link on one end of three pieces of silver chain. Close the jumpring.
STEP 8
Repeat Steps 6 and 7 until there are four sets of four beading links and five sets of chain extending from one side of the barrel bead.
STEP 9
Repeat Steps 5 - 8 so there are five sets of chain and four sets of four beading links extending from the other side of the barrel bead.
STEP 10
Repeat Steps 5 - 9 to create the second half of the necklace, this time connect the beading links to chain from the light-green beading link end first.
STEP 11
Open a 5mm jumpring. Pass it through the last link on the other end of the three pieces of chain extending from one of the end of one half of the necklace and a loop on one end of a new barrel bead. Close the jumpring.

Repeat to connect the other end of the barrel bead to another set of chain extending from the end of the other half of the necklace.
STEP 12
