Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, flat-nose pliers and flush-cutters cut one 20-inch length of Zebra Wire™ silver-finished 20-gauge copper wire.
Tip: For a customized look, use a smaller or larger gauge of wire. Zebra Wire comes in a variety of vibrant colors as well. (If using a larger gauge wire add approximately 4 inches to the length of wire.)
String one silver 10mm round glass pearl onto the center of the wire.
Place the centered silver 10mm round glass pearl onto a ring mandrel on the line of the desired size. Wrap one end of the wire fully around the mandrel one time ending with the wire facing to the front side by the pearl. Repeat to wrap the opposite end of the wire around the opposite side of the pearl. Press the wraps of wire together so they lay closely together creating the ring base.
Remove the ring from the mandrel. Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, wrap one end of the wire around the wire of the ring base to one side of the pearl a total of two times. Repeat on the opposite end of the wire to secure the wire and pearl in place.
Gripping one end of the wire, tightly wrap the end around the base of the silver 10mm round glass pearl a total of three times. Using flush-cutters trim the end of the wire and conceal it in the wire at the base of the pearl.
Tightly wrap the opposite end of the wire around the pearl approximately five times, placing each new wrap below the previous. Using flush-cutters trim the end of the wire and conceal it in the previous wire wraps.
