Note: Instructions create an 8-3/4 inch bracelet

Creating Links

STEP 1
Cut 12 2-inch lengths of 18-gauge Zebra Wire™.
STEP 2
Create a simple loop on the end of a length of wire. String onto the wire a 7x5mm bead cap, two 8.5x6.5mm flower beads and one bead cap. Form a simple loop.

Repeat to create a total of three beaded links
STEP 3
Hold a length of wire centered in the jaw of nylon jaw pliers. Use your fingers to gently curve the wire toward the handles of the pliers.
Place the curved wire on the large jaw of Wubbers® large bail-making pliers. Using your fingers, continue to bend the wire into a U-shape, bringing the ends together.
Hold the ends of the U-shaped wire with flat-nose pliers. Use nylon jaw pliers to pinch the wire ends together, leaving a looped end.
Holding the ends with flat-nose pliers, gently bend the wire into a curve.

Repeat to create a total of eight curved wire pieces.
STEP 4
In one hand hold a curved wire piece with the curve facing down. In the opposite hand hold a curved wire piece with the curve facing up.

Insert the end of the wire pieces into the loop of the opposite wire piece, as shown.
Gently pull the wire pieces to connect them together.

If needed, trim the ends of each side to the same length.
STEP 5
Grip one end of the link with Wubbers small bail-making pliers and create a loop. Repeat on the opposite side of the link, creating the loop in the opposite direction.
Repeat Steps 4 and 5 to create three knot links.
STEP 6
Grip the end of a wire piece created in Step 3 with Wubbers small bail-making pliers and create a loop. Repeat on the second wire piece.

Assembling the Bracelet

STEP 7
Use a 6mm twisted jumpring to connect the loop of a lobster claw clasp and the U-shape end of a wire piece.

Continue to assemble the bracelet with twisted jumprings by adding a knot link then a beaded link. Repeat to connect all the prepared links.
STEP 8
Use a twisted jumpring to connect the loop of the last added link to the loop of a wire piece.
