Single-Strand Necklace with Glass Beads, Celestial Crystal® Beads and Seed Beads

STEP 1
Using flush-cutters, cut a 26-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
STEP 2
String onto the wire one crimp bead and the loop of an eyepin. Pass the wire back through the crimp bead, leaving one end of the wire approximately 1-inch long. Pull the crimp tight against eyepin. Place a small amount of adhesive inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters, trim the excess wire from the short end.
STEP 3
String onto the beading wire, one of each of the following, placing one 6x3mm disc black crystal after each.
  • Black seed bead
  • Turquoise blue seed bead
Repeat four times for a total of five sets.
STEP 4
String onto the beading wire, one of each of the following, placing one 6x3mm disc black crystal after each:
  • Black seed bead
  • 8mm round aqua glass bead
  • 20mm flat round aqua glass bead
  • 8mm round aqua glass bead
  • 19mm triangle aqua glass bead
  • 8mm round aqua glass bead
  • 26x18mm rectangle aqua glass bead
  • 8mm round aqua glass bead
  • 22mm flat circle aqua glass bead
  • 8mm round aqua glass bead
  • Black seed bead
STEP 5
String onto the beading wire one 34mm flat circle aqua glass bead and one turquoise blue seed bead. String the wire back through the 34mm flat circle aqua glass bead.
STEP 6
Repeat Step 4 backwards, to create the second half of the strand in a mirror image of the first half of the strand.
STEP 7
String on one crimp bead and an eyepin. Pass the wire back through the crimp then pull the wire snugly against the eyepin. Make sure there is no slack along the length of the necklace. Place a small amount of gel adhesive inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters, trim the excess wire from the end.
STEP 8

Finishing the Ends

String onto one eyepin, one silver plated cone and one 4mm faceted round black crystal. Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, form a wrapped loop on the top of the bead to secure it in place.

Repeat on the other end of the necklace.
STEP 9
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, open a 4mm jumpring. Pass it through the loop on the hook portion of the clasp and the loop on the eyepin attached to the first side of the necklace. Close the jumpring. Repeat to attach the second side of the necklace to the eye portion of the clasp.
