Necklace

STEP 1
Using flush-cutters cut one 35-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire. String onto the beading wire, one 2x2mm gold-filled crimp bead and one 14Kt gold-filled Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead. Pull the crimp bead snug against the Accu-Guard. Place a small amount of adhesive inside the crimp (optional). Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters, trim the excess wire from the short end. Place a gold-plated 4mm stardust crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.

Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and bent-nose pliers open two gold-plated 4mm jumprings. Pass one jumpring through the Accu-Guard and the loop on the bar portion of a fancy round toggle clasp. Close the jumpring. Repeat to attach a second jumpring creating double jumprings.
STEP 2
String the following onto the beading wire:
  • Nine iris metallic dark gold #11 seed beads
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • One Swarovski crystal and gold-plated crystal AB 4mm rondelle
  • One 14Kt gold-filled 6mm corrugated round
  • One Swarovski crystal and gold-plated crystal AB 4mm rondelle
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • Nine iris metallic dark gold #11 seed beads
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing away from the heishi bead)
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing the plastic bead)
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • Nine iris metallic dark gold #11 seed beads
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • One Swarovski crystal and gold-plated crystal AB 4mm rondelle
  • One 14Kt gold-filled 6mm corrugated round
  • One Swarovski crystal and gold-plated crystal AB 4mm rondelle
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • Nine iris metallic dark gold #11 seed beads
Note: When selecting beads from the bead mix, try to select two matching beads for ease in creating the second side of the necklace.
STEP 3
Continue to string the following onto the beading wire:
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing away from the seed beads)
  • One 14Kt gold-filled 6mm corrugated round
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing the corrugated bead)
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing away from the plastic bead)
  • One 14Kt gold-filled 6mm corrugated round
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing the corrugated bead)
STEP 4
Repeat the stringing sequence in Step 2.
STEP 5
Continue to string the following onto the beading wire:
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing away from the heishi)
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing plastic bead)
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing away from the heishi)
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing plastic bead)
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing away from the heishi)
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing plastic bead)
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
STEP 6
Repeat the stringing sequence in Step 2 and 3.
STEP 7
Continue to string the following onto the beading wire:
  • Nine iris metallic dark gold #11 seed beads
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • One Swarovski crystal and gold-plated crystal AB 4mm rondelle
  • One 14Kt gold-filled 6mm corrugated round
  • One Swarovski crystal and gold-plated crystal AB 4mm rondelle
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • Nine iris metallic dark gold #11 seed beads
STEP 8
Repeat the stringing sequence in Step 5 and 7.
STEP 9
Repeat the stringing sequence in Steps 2 and 3 in the opposite order.

Repeat the stringing sequence in Step 5.

Repeat the stringing sequence in Steps 2 and 3, then Step 2 one more time.
STEP 10
Repeat Step 1 to attach the ring portion of the toggle clasp.

STEP 11
Using flush-cutters cut one 4-inch length of antiqued brass-plated 2.2mm cable chain.
STEP 12
Using flush-cutters trim the head off of one gold-plated 2-inch headpin. Using a pair of round-nose pliers, chain-nose pliers and flush-cutters begin forming a wrapped loop on one end of the wire. Attach one gold-plated lobster claw clasp to the loop and finish the wrapped loop.
STEP 13
String the following onto the straight end of the wire:
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • One 14Kt gold-filled 6mm corrugated round
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing the corrugated bead)
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side away from the previous bead cap)
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing the plastic bead)
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side away from the previous bead cap)
Using a pair of round-nose pliers, chain-nose pliers and flush-cutters begin forming a wrapped loop on the straight end of the wire. Attach a link from the 2.2mm cable chain in Step 11, 1-1/2 inches from one end, to the loop and finish the wrapped loop.
STEP 14
String the following onto one gold-plated 2-inch headpin:
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing head of headpin)
  • One Swarovski crystal and gold-plated crystal AB 4mm rondelle
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One Swarovski crystal and gold-plated crystal AB 8mm rondelle
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
STEP 15
Using a pair of round-nose pliers, chain-nose pliers and flush-cutters begin forming a wrapped loop on the straight end of the wire. Attach the last link from the shorter 1-1/2 inch portion of the chain and finish the wrapped loop.
STEP 16
String the following onto one gold-plated 2-inch headpin:
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing head of headpin)
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing away from the plastic bead)
  • One 14Kt gold-filled 6mm corrugated round
  • One Swarovski crystal and gold-plated crystal AB 4mm rondelle
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
Repeat Step 15 to attach the last link from the longer 2-1/2 inch portion of the chain.
STEP 17
String the following onto one gold-plated 2-inch headpin:
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing head of headpin)
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • One 14Kt gold-filled 6mm corrugated round
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
Repeat Step 15 to attach the eleventh link, from the end, of the shorter 1-1/2 inch portion of the chain.

Repeat this sequence to create two more drops and attach a drop to the eighth and 17th links, from the end, of the longer 2-1/2 inch length of chain.
STEP 18
String the following onto one gold-plated 2-inch headpin:
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing head of headpin)
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing away from the previous bead cap)
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing the plastic bead)
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing away from the previous bead cap)
  • One 14Kt gold-filled 6mm corrugated round
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
Repeat Step 15 to attach the fifth link, counting down from the top link used in Step 13, of the longer 2-1/2 inch portion of the chain.
STEP 19
Attach the gold-plated lobster claw clasp to the ring portion of the fancy round toggle clasp to create the focal of the necklace.

Tip: This focal can be removed and interchanged with other focals created using different beads and components.

Earrings

STEP 1
String the following onto one gold-plated 2-inch headpin:
  • One gold-finished 6mm flower bead cap (curved side facing head of headpin)
  • One bead from the antiqued copper-finished plastic bead mix
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
  • One 14Kt gold-filled 6mm corrugated round
  • One gold-plated 4mm heishi
Begin forming a wrapped loop on the straight end of the wire. Attach the loop on one gold-plated kidney earwire and finish the wrapped loop.
STEP 2
Repeat Step 1 to create a second earring.
