Multi-Strand Necklace, Bracelet and Two Pair Earrings Set with Seed Beads, Swarovski Crystal Beads and Pearls, Watch Components and ICE Resin®

Necklace

STEP 1
Using scissors cut a paper image to fit the inside of a 29x29 square bezel.
STEP 2
Place the paper inside the bezel. Place six round watch parts on the paper along the left and bottom edges, and three pins placed along the right edge and bottom right.
STEP 3
Mix the ICE Resin® per the manufacturer’s instructions. Carefully pour the liquid into the bezel, trying not to disturb the parts you assembled. Pour until almost full. Let the liquid settle and see if you are happy with the height of the liquid. The liquid can spill over the edge, so be careful.

Tip: If you want a domed surface, pour the liquid until the bezel is almost full then let it set for 5+ hours. Mix and pour a second layer. This layer will not only create a domed look to the finished design but also offer a magnified view of the bezel contents.

After each pour, check the liquid for bubbles. Place a task light close to the bezel to help bring any bubbles to the surface. If any appear, use a toothpick to pop them as they reach the surface. Let the bezel sit undisturbed overnight.
STEP 4
String one Swarovski 10x8mm pear shaped platinum pearl, one Swarovski 6mm crystal rondelle and one Swarovski 6mm bicone erinite crystal onto the headpin. Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, form a 5mm wrapped loop on the straight end of the wire to create one crystal pearl bead drop.
STEP 5
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, open a 4mm jumpring. Pass it through the loop on the toggle ring portion of the clasp. Close the jumpring. Repeat to attach a second 4mm jumpring next to the first for double jumprings. Repeat to attach two 4mm jumprings to the loop on the toggle bar portion of the clasp for double jumprings.
STEP 6
Separate out five strands of metallic gold seed beads leaving the threads on each end. Measure out four strands with 20 inches of gold seed beads and one strand with 16 inches of gold seed beads.
STEP 7
Using flush-cutters, cut two 5-inch lengths of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
STEP 8
Match the ends of threads on the five strands of seed beads. Pass the five threads through a crimp bead, over the center of a 5-inch length of beading wire and back through the crimp. Tie an overhand knot on the end of the threads under the crimp. Place a small amount of adhesive on the knot to secure it in place.
STEP 9
Fold the beading wire in half, making a double strand. String onto the wires one gold-plated cone bead, one gold-plated 4mm heishi, one Swarovski 6mm bicone erinite crystal and one crimp bead.
STEP 10
Pass the wire through the double jumprings attached to the toggle ring portion of the clasp and back through the crimp bead. Pull the wire through the crimp until the wire forms a nicely curved loop. Place a small amount of adhesive inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters, trim the excess wire from the short end.

Place a 4mm gold-plated stardust crimp cover over the crimp tube then gently close it.
STEP 11
String the pearl bead drop onto the 16-inch strand of gold seed beads and string the resin filled focal piece on the four strands of 20 inches of gold seed beads.
STEP 12
Match the opposite ends of threads on the five strands of seed beads. Pass the threads through a crimp bead, over the center of a 5-inch length of beading wire and back through the crimp, pulling all the beads so there is no slack on the strands of the beads. Tie an overhand knot on the end of the threads under the crimp. Place a small amount of adhesive on the knot to secure it in place.
STEP 13
Repeat Steps 9 - 11 to attach to strands to the toggle bar portion of the clasp.

Bracelet

STEP 1
Using scissors cut eight paper designs to fit the inside of 16mm round bezels.
STEP 2
Place the paper designs inside the bezels on one 8-inch silver-finished brass bracelet. Place one or two round watch parts on the inside of the second, fifth and eighth bezels.
STEP 3
Mix the ICE Resin per the manufacturer’s instructions. Carefully pour the liquid into the bezel, trying not to disturb the parts you assembled. Pour until almost full. Let the liquid settle and see if you are happy with the height of the liquid. The liquid will spill over the edge, so be careful.

STEP 4
String one Swarovski 10x8mm pear shaped platinum pearl, one Swarovski 6mm crystal rondelle and Swarovski 6mm bicone erinite crystal onto the headpin. Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, form a 4mm loop on the straight end of the wire. Pass the loop over the round link after the eighth bezel on the bracelet. Finish forming the wrapped loop with the end of the wire.

Repeat to attach a wrapped loop drop to the last link on the bracelet, using one Swarovski 8mm bicone erinite crystal, one gold-plated 4mm and one Swarovski 6mm bicone erinite crystal on a headpin.

String one Swarovski 10x8mm pear shaped platinum pearl, one Swarovski 6mm crystal rondelle, one Swarovski 8mm bicone erinite crystal, one gold-plated 4mm heishi bead and one Swarovski 6mm bicone erinite crystal onto the headpin. Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, form a wrapped loop on the straight end of the wire. Repeat to create two pearl bead drops.
