Triple-Strand Necklace and Earring Set with Swarovski Crystal and Sterling Silver Beads

Necklace

STEP 1
Using flush-cutters cut six 28-inch lengths of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire and six 1-inch lengths of French wire.

Using memory wire shears cut one 6-ring length of memory wire.
STEP 2
Attach a silver-plated 3mm bead tip to one end of the memory wire using G-S Hypo cement.
STEP 3
String the following onto the memory wire in the pattern of your choice:
  • Twenty-three Swarovski light blue 3mm round pearls
  • Four Swarovski white alabaster 4mm rounds
  • Twenty Swarovski sapphire 3mm rounds
  • Twenty-three Swarovski aquamarine 3mm bicones
  • Eleven Swarovski white 4mm round pearls
  • Ten Swarovski sapphire 4mm rounds
  • Eighteen sterling silver 3mm rounds
  • One Swarovski white opal 3mm bicone
  • Eight Swarovski white opal AB2X 4mm bicones
  • Five Swarovski white opal 4mm bicones
Attach a bead tip to the end of the memory wire.

First Strand

STEP 4
Arrange the following beads on the bead board in the pattern of your choice:
  • Twelve Swarovski light blue 4mm round pearls
  • Eleven Swarovski white 4mm round pearls
  • Twenty-nine sterling silver 3mm rounds
  • Three Swarovski sapphire 6mm rounds
  • Seven Swarovski white alabaster 6mm bicones
  • One Swarovski crystal AB 6x6mm cube
  • Seven Swarovski white opal 4mm bicones
  • Seven Swarovski crystal AB 4mm rounds
  • Fifteen Swarovski light blue 3mm round pearls
  • Two Swarovski crystal AB 8mm chessboard
  • One Swarovski aquamarine 12.5mm ring
  • Ten Swarovski white opal AB2X 4mm bicones
  • Twenty-Two Swarovski sapphire 3mm rounds
  • One Swarovski sapphire 6x6mm cube
  • Two Swarovski crystal AB 4x4mm cubes
  • Three Swarovski light blue 8mm round pearls
  • One Swarovski sapphire 8mm round
  • One Swarovski white alabaster 6mm round
  • One Swarovski aquamarine 8mm round

Tip: If desired, a 4mm round bead could be placed in the center of the Swarovski ring.
STEP 5
String the following onto one beading wire one 28-inch length of beading wire:
  • One sterling silver 2x2mm crimp bead
  • One Accu-Guard™ wire protector
  • The jumpring attached to one sterling silver lobster claw clasp
Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite®) inside the crimp (optional).

Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Place one sterling silver 3mm crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.
STEP 6
String the pattern onto the beading wire then string the following:
  • One crimp bead
  • One 1-inch length of French wire
  • One Swarovski crystal AB 38x8mm ellipse focal
Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead creating a loop around the focal. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the French wire. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite) inside the crimp (optional).

Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Place one sterling silver 3mm crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.

Second Strand

STEP 7
Arrange the following beads on the bead board in the pattern of your choice:
  • Forty-one Swarovski crystal AB 4mm rounds
  • Thirty-five sterling silver 3mm rounds
  • Eight Swarovski white alabaster 6mm rounds
  • Fifteen Swarovski white opal AB2X 4mm bicones
  • Fourteen Swarovski white opal 4mm bicones
  • Twenty-two Swarovski white 4mm round pearls
  • Three Swarovski white alabaster 8mm rounds
  • One Swarovski crystal AB 8mm helix
  • Six Swarovski crystal AB 8x6mm rondelles
  • One Swarovski crystal clear 14mm twist
  • One Swarovski crystal AB 12x12mm cube
  • Six Swarovski white alabaster 4mm rounds
  • Eleven Swarovski white opal 3mm bicones
  • One Swarovski crystal AB 12.5mm ring
  • One Swarovski crystal AB 8mm chessboard
  • Two Swarovski crystal white alabaster 6mm bicones
STEP 8
Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to create the second strand.

Third Strand

STEP 9
Arrange the following beads on the bead board in the pattern of your choice:
  • Twenty Swarovski light blue 4mm round pearls
  • Twenty-seven Swarovski sapphire 4mm rounds
  • Twenty-nine sterling silver 3mm rounds
  • Fourteen Swarovski light blue 6mm round pearls
  • Forty-eight Swarovski sapphire 3mm rounds
  • Two Swarovski light blue 8mm round pearls
  • One Swarovski sapphire 8mm round
  • Three Swarovski sapphire 6mm rounds
  • Five Swarovski aquamarine 8mm rounds
  • One Swarovski sapphire 10mm bicone
  • Three Swarovski aquamarine 6x4mm rondelles
  • Two Swarovski aquamarine 12.5mm rings
  • One Swarovski sapphire 10mm round
STEP 10
Repeat Step 5 then repeat Step 6 using a Swarovski aquamarine 32x8mm ellipse focal to create the third strand.

Fourth Strand

STEP 11
Arrange the following beads on the bead board in the pattern of your choice:
  • Eleven Swarovski white opal AB2X 4mm bicones
  • Two Swarovski white alabaster 6mm bicones
  • Five Swarovski sapphire 6mm rounds
  • Twenty-seven sterling silver 3mm rounds
  • Five Swarovski white alabaster 6mm rounds
  • One Swarovski aquamarine 8mm round
  • Eleven Swarovski light blue 4mm round pearls
  • Ten Swarovski crystal AB 4mm rounds
  • One Swarovski sapphire 4mm round

Fifth Strand

Arrange the following beads on the bead board in the pattern of your choice:
  • Thirty-three sterling silver 3mm rounds
  • Twelve Swarovski white opal 3mm bicones
  • Twelve Swarovski white alabaster 4mm rounds
  • Twenty-seven Swarovski white opal AB2X 4mm bicones
  • Thirty Swarovski crystal AB 4mm rounds
  • Five Swarovski white opal 4mm bicones
  • Six Swarovski white alabaster 6mm rounds
  • Twenty Swarovski white 4mm round pearls
  • One Swarovski crystal AB 8x8mm cube

STEP 14
Repeat Step 5 then repeat Step 6 using a Swarovski crystal AB 32x8mm ellipse focal to create the second strand of the second half of the necklace.

Sixth Strand

STEP 15
Arrange the following beads on the bead board in the pattern of your choice:
  • Forty-three Swarovski sapphire 3mm rounds
  • Twenty-eight sterling silver 3mm rounds
  • Three Swarovski aquamarine 6mm rounds
  • Eight Swarovski sapphire 6mm rounds
  • Twenty-eight Swarovski light blue 4mm round pearls
  • Two Swarovski light blue 8mm round pearls
  • Twenty-four Swarovski sapphire 4mm rounds
  • One Swarovski aquamarine 8mm bicones
  • Seventeen Swarovski light blue 6mm round pearls
  • Three Swarovski aquamarine 6x4mm rondelles
  • Two Swarovski sapphire 10mm rounds
  • Two Swarovski sapphire 6x6mm cubes
  • Two Swarovski aquamarine 12.5mm rings
  • One Swarovski crystal aquamarine 8mm round
STEP 16
Repeat Step 5 then repeat Step 6 using a Swarovski aquamarine 32x8mm ellipse focal to create the third strand of the second half of the necklace.

Necklace Assembly

STEP 17
Attach the lobster claw clasps from the first three strands to one sterling silver 12mm round square wire component then attach the second set of three to a second 12mm component.
STEP 18
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and bent-nose pliers open the jumpring on one sterling silver 15x8mm lobster claw clasp. Pass the jumpring through the 12mm component attached to the second set of strands.
STEP 19
Wrap the Swarovski and memory wire component around the opposite ends of the strands to secure the strands together.

Earrings

STEP 1
Using flush-cutters cut two 3-1/2 inch lengths and two 2-1/2 inch lengths of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
STEP 2
String the following onto the 3-1/2 inch length of beading wire:
  • One crimp bead
  • One 1-inch length of French wire
  • One Swarovski aquamarine 38x8mm ellipse focal
STEP 3
Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead creating a loop around the focal. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the French wire. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite) inside the crimp (optional).

Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Place one sterling silver 3mm crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.
STEP 4
String the following onto the beading wire:
  • One Swarovski light blue 3mm round pearl
  • One Swarovski crystal AB 12mm helix
  • One Swarovski light blue 3mm round pearl
  • One sterling silver 3mm round
  • Ten Swarovski aquamarine 3mm bicones
Place a Bead Stopper™ on the end of the beading wire to secure.
STEP 5
Place a Bead Stopper™ on the end of the beading wire to secure.
  • One crimp bead
  • One 1-inch length French wire
  • One Swarovski crystal AB 38x8mm ellipse focal
Repeat Step 3 to secure the focal.
STEP 6
String the following onto the beading wire:
  • One hole on one end of one Swarovski aquamarine 12.5mm ring
  • One Swarovski light blue 3mm round pearl
  • The hole on the opposite end of the Swarovski ring
  • One sterling silver 3mm round
  • Five Swarovski sapphire 3mm rounds
STEP 7
Remove the Bead Stopper from the end of the 3-1/2 inch length of beading wire and string onto both lengths of beading wire one crimp bead. Crimp the crimp bead to secure then place a crimp cover.

Trim the excess from the shorter end of beading wire. Do not trim the longer end.
STEP 8
String the following onto the remaining end of the beading wire:
  • One crimp bead
  • One Accu-Guard
  • The loop on one sterling silver fishhook earwire
Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite) inside the crimp (optional).

Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Place one sterling silver 3mm crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.
STEP 9
Repeat Steps 2 - 8 to create a second earring.
