Repeat to create a simple loop on the opposite end of the wire. Form the loops leaving the back side of the wire flat. Repeat to create a 1/2 inch simple loop link on fourteen 1-inch and 3/4 inch simple loop links on six 1-1/2 inch lengths of red 4mm flat aluminum wire.
STEP 3

Repeat to attach one 6mm jumpring to the first and third loop on both the insert and slide portion of the clasp.
STEP 4
Using flush-cutters, cut a 30-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire. String onto the wire: one crimp tube, a gunmetal-plated Accu-Guard™ wire protector and the jumpring on the first loop on the insert portion of the clasp. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube, leaving one end of the wire approximately 1-inch long. Pull the crimp tight against the Accu-Guard. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite®) inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim the excess wire from the short end. Place a crimp cover over the crimp tube then gently close it.
STEP 5
String onto the beading wire one opaque black 4mm round bead. Continue to string opaque black 4mm round beads for 26 inches.
STEP 6
String on one crimp tube, a gunmetal-plated Accu-Guard and the first jumpring on the opposite side of the clasp. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube, pulling the wire tight against the last bead. Make sure there is no slack along the length of the necklace. Place a small amount of gel adhesive inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim excess wire from the end.

Place a crimp cover over the crimp tube then gently close it.
STEP 7
