Double-Strand Necklace and Earring Set with Swarovski Crystal, Antiqued Gold- and Silver-Finished "Pewter" Bead Caps and Antiqued Silver-Finished Brass Bead Caps

STEP 1
Using flush-cutters, cut the following:
  • One 4-inch length of Wrapit® Nickel Silver 22-gauge wire
  • One 32-inch length of gold-finished 7mm flat curb chain
  • Two 15-inch lengths of stainless steel 6.25mm figaro chain
STEP 2
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, form a 3mm wrapped loop on the straight end of the 4-inch length of wire.

String the following onto the beading wire:
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 8mm round bead
  • One antiqued gold-plated 19x7mm flower bead cap (through the bottom of the curved portion)
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 4mm round bead
  • One antiqued silver-finished 19x7mm flower bead cap (through the bottom of the curved portion)
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 4mm round bead
  • One antiqued gold-plated 19x7mm flower bead cap (through the bottom of the curved portion)
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 4mm round bead
Finish the end of the wire with a 4mm wrapped loop.
STEP 3
Using scissors cut fifteen 8-inch lengths of nylon beading wire.

String one crimp tube over the end of the first beading wire over. Pass the end of the cord over the edge of the bottom antiqued gold-plated 19x7mm flower bead cap and back through the crimp bead leaving one end of the wire approximately 1-inch long. Pull the crimp tight against the edge of the bead cap. Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Place a crimp cover over the crimp tube then gently close it.
STEP 4
String the following onto the first beading wire:
  • Five Swarovski tanzanite 4mm round beads
  • One Swarovski air blue opal 3mm bicone bead
  • Two Swarovski tanzanite 4mm round beads
  • Two Swarovski air blue opal 3mm bicone beads
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 4mm round bead
  • Two Swarovski tanzanite 8mm round beads
Repeat to attach fourteen beading wires with beads around the outer edge of the bead cap.

Repeat to attach one beading wire with four Swarovski tanzanite 8mm round beads, one Swarovski air blue opal 3mm bicone bead, one Swarovski tanzanite 4mm round bead and one Swarovski tanzanite 8mm round bead to the bottom wrapped loop under the bead cap.

Necklace Assembly

STEP 5
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, open a 6mm jumpring. Pass it through the loop on the bar portion of the toggle clasp. Close the jumpring. Open a 6mm jumpring. Pass it through the previous 6mm jumpring and the first link on one 15-inch length of stainless steel 6.25mm figaro chain and one 32-inch length of gold-finished 7mm flat curb chain. Close the jumpring.

Repeat to attach one 6mm jumpring to the last link on the 32-inch length of gold-finished 7mm flat curb chain to the loop on the ring portion of the toggle clasp, and one 6mm jumpring to the first link of the second 15-inch length of stainless steel 6.25mm figaro chain.

Repeat to attach one 6mm jumpring to the last link on each of the 15-inch lengths of stainless steel 6.25mm figaro chain.
STEP 6
Using the flush-cutters, cut a 12-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire. String onto the wire: one crimp tube, a gold-plated Accu-Guard™ wire protector and the jumpring on the last link of the first 15-inch length of stainless steel 6.25mm figaro chain. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube, leaving one end of the wire approximately 1-inch long. Pull the crimp tight against the Accu-Guard. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite®) inside the crimp (optional). Pass the wire back through the crimp tube, leaving one end of the wire approximately 1-inch long. Pull the crimp tight against the Accu-Guard. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite) inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim the excess wire from the short end. Place a crimp cover over the crimp and gently close it.
STEP 7
String the following onto the beading wire:
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 4mm round bead
  • One Swarovski air blue opal 3mm bicone bead
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 8mm round bead
  • One Swarovski air blue opal 3mm bicone bead
  • Three Swarovski tanzanite 8mm round beads
  • One gold-finished 10x3mm flower bead cap
  • One silver-finished 11x9x5mm rectangle bead cap
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 8mm round bead
  • One gold-finished 10x3mm flower bead cap
  • One silver-finished 11x9x5mm rectangle bead cap
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 8mm round bead
  • One gold-finished 10x3mm flower bead cap
  • One silver-finished 11x9x5mm rectangle bead cap
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 8mm round bead
  • One gold-finished 10x3mm flower bead cap
  • One silver-finished 11x9x5mm rectangle bead cap
  • The loop on the top of the beaded tassel drop

STEP 8
String on one crimp tube, a gold-plated Accu-Guard and the 6mm jumpring on the last link of the 15-inch length of stainless steel 6.25mm figaro chain. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube, pulling the wire tight against the last bead. Make sure there is no slack along the length of the necklace. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite) inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim excess wire from the end. Place a crimp cover over the crimp and gently close it.

Earrings

STEP 1
Using flush-cutters, cut two 1-inch lengths of stainless steel 6.25mm figaro chain.
STEP 2
String onto a headpin:
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 4mm round bead
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 8mm round bead
  • One silver-finished 11x9x5mm rectangle bead cap
  • One gold-finished 10x3mm flower bead cap
  • One Swarovski tanzanite 4mm round bead
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, form a simple loop on the straight end of the wire. Repeat to create two bead drops.
STEP 3
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, open a 6mm jumpring. Pass it through the loop on one bead drop and the last loop on one 1-inch length of chain. Close the jumpring.

Open the loop on an earwire. Pass it through the last link on the 1-inch length of chain. Close the loop.
STEP 4
Repeat Step 3 to create the second earring.
