Single-Strand Necklace and Earring Set with Swarovski Crystal

Necklace

STEP 1
Using flush-cutters cut one 20-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
STEP 2
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and bent-nose pliers open two silver-plated 4mm jumpring and one silver-plated 8x6mm oval jumpring.

Pass one 4mm jumpring through the loop on one portion of one glass rhinestone and silver-plated clear 12mm round toggle clasp. Close the jumpring. Repeat to attach a 4mm jumpring to the second portion of the toggle clasp.
STEP 3
String the following onto one silver-plated 1-inch eyepin:
  • One silver-plated 3x1mm ribbed round bead cap (open end facing away from the loop of the eyepin)
  • One Swarovski erinite 4mm round
  • One silver-plated 3x1mm ribbed round bead cap (open end facing the round)
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters form a simple loop on the straight end of the wire creating a Swarovski 4mm round link.

Repeat to create a total of four Swarovski 4mm round links.
STEP 4
String the following onto one silver-plated 1-inch eyepin:
  • One silver-plated 3mm round
  • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 4x2mm rondelle
  • One Swarovski erinite 6mm round
  • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 4x2mm rondelle
  • One silver-plated 3mm round
Form a simple loop on the straight end of the wire creating a Swarovski 6mm round link.
STEP 5
Attach one antiqued silver-plated 6x2mm plain teardrop bail to four Swarovski crystal AB 12x10mm wild heart drops.

Attach one antiqued silver-plated 13.5x3mm triangle bail to one Swarovski crystal AB 27x22mm wild heart drop.
STEP 6
Open the loop on one end of one Swarovski 4mm round link. Pass the loop through the loop on one 12x10mm wild heart drop. Close the loop. Repeat to attach one Swarovski 4mm round link to a total of four 12x10mm wild heart drops.

Pass one 8x6mm oval jumpring through the loop on the Swarovski 6mm round link and the loop on the 27x22mm wild heart drop. Close the jumpring.
STEP 7
String the following onto the beading wire:
  • One gold-filled 2x2mm crimp bead
  • One Accu-Guard™ wire protector
  • The jumpring on one portion of the toggle clasp
Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite®) inside the crimp (optional).

Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Place one silver-plated 3mm crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.
STEP 8
String the following onto the beading wire:
  • Repeat this stringing sequence for a total of fifteen sets:
    • One silver-plated 3x1mm ribbed round bead cap (open end facing away from the crimp cover)
    • One Swarovski erinite 4mm round
    • One silver-plated 3x1mm ribbed round bead cap (open end facing the round)
  • Repeat this stringing sequence for a total of three sets:
    • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 4x2mm rondelle
    • One Swarovski purple velvet 6mm round
  • Repeat this stringing sequence for a total of five sets:
    • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 4x2mm rondelle
    • One Swarovski erinite 6mm round
STEP 9
Continue to string the following:
  • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 6x3.5mm rondelle
  • One Swarovski purple velvet 8x6mm rondelle
  • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 6x3.5mm rondelle
  • One silver-plated 3mm round
  • The loop on one Swarovski crystal AB 12x10mm wild heart drop
  • One silver-plated 3mm round
  • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 6x3.5mm rondelle
  • One Swarovski purple velvet 8x6mm rondelle
  • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 6x3.5mm rondelle
STEP 10
Continue to string:
  • Repeat this stringing sequence to create a total of two sets:
    • One Swarovski erinite 6mm round
    • One silver-plated crystal AB 4x2mm rondelle
  • One Swarovski erinite 6mm round
STEP 11
Repeat the stringing sequence in Step 9 one time:

Continue to string:
  • Repeat this stringing sequence to create a total of two sets:
    • One Swarovski erinite 8mm round
    • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 6x3.5mm rondelle
  • One Swarovski erinite 8mm round
  • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 6x3.5mm rondelle
  • One Swarovski purple velvet 8x6mm rondelle
  • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 6x3.5mm rondelle
  • One silver-plated 3mm round
STEP 12
Continue to string the 27x22mm wild heart drop.

Repeat the stringing sequence in Steps 8 - 11 in the opposite direction to string the second half of the necklace.

Repeat Step 7 to secure the strand.

Earrings

STEP 1
String the following onto one silver-plated 1-inch eyepin:
  • One Swarovski purple velvet 4mm round
  • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 6x3.5mm rondelle
  • One Swarovski erinite 8mm round
  • One Swarovski and silver-plated crystal AB 6x3.5mm rondelle
  • One Swarovski purple velvet 4mm round
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters form a simple loop on the straight end of the wire creating a Swarovski 8mm round link.

Repeat to create a total of two Swarovski 8mm round links.
STEP 2
Attach one antiqued silver-plated 6x2mm plain teardrop bail to two Swarovski crystal AB 12x10mm wild heart drops.
STEP 3
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and bent-nose pliers open the loop on one end of one Swarovski 8mm round link. Pass the loop through the loop on one 12x10mm wild heart drop. Close the loop. Repeat to attach one Swarovski 8mm round link to a second 12x10mm wild heart drop.
STEP 4
Open the loop on the opposite end of the Swarovski 8mm round link. Pass the loop through the loop on one silver-plated fancy heart earstud. Close the loop.
STEP 5
Repeat Step 4 to create a second earring.
