Necklace

STEP 1
Cut one 34-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
STEP 2
String onto the beading wire one crimp and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp.

Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire.
STEP 3
String the following onto the beading wire:
  • One 5x3mm oval
  • One amethyst 4mm round
  • One 5x3mm oval
  • One amethyst 8mm faceted round
  • One 5x3mm oval
  • One amethyst 8mm faceted round
Repeat this sequence to string a total of six sets.
STEP 4
Continue to string the following:
  • One 5x3mm oval
  • One amethyst 4mm round
  • One 5x3mm oval
  • One amethyst 8mm faceted round
Repeat the sequence in Step 3 to string six sets.
STEP 5
Continue to string the following:
  • One 5x3mm oval
  • One amethyst 4mm round
  • One 5x3mm oval
  • One 8x4mm oval
  • 1-1/2 inches of gemstone chips (in the pattern of your choice)
  • One 8x4mm oval
Repeat the sequence in Step 3 to string five sets then string one 5x3mm oval, one amethyst 4mm round and one 5x3mm oval. Repeat Step 2 to secure the strand.
STEP 6
Use one 4mm round jumpring to attach one portion of the toggle clasp to the Accu-Guard on each end of the necklace.

Earrings

STEP 1
String one amethyst 8mm round onto one 2-inch headpin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second 8mm round drop.
STEP 2
String the following onto one 1-inch eyepin:
  • One green aventurine chip
  • One amethyst chip
  • One rose quartz chip
  • One amethyst chip
  • One green aventurine chip
Form a simple loop on the straight end of the wire.

Repeat to create a second gemstone chip link.
STEP 3
Use one 4mm jumpring to connect one 8mm round drop and one gemstone chip link. Pass the loop on one leverback earwire through the loop on the opposite end of the gemstone chip link then close.

Repeat to create a second earring.
