Multi-Strand Necklace and Earring Set with Swarovski® Crystals, Gold-Plated Focals and Apoxie® Sculpt

Necklace

STEP 1
Thoroughly combine Apoxie Sculpt® for two minutes, or until thoroughly combined (yellow green and white colors were combined to create a light green color).

Tip: For more information on mixing colors with Apoxie Sculpt refer to the Apoxie® Color Chart below.
STEP 2
Work Apoxie into the channel on the front side of the 28mm mesh donut component then use the Crystal Katana to set approximately 27 clear 2.5mm chatons into the Apoxie.

Work Apoxie into the center of the 59x35mm wavy flat oval focal. Set one Swarovski crystal AB rivoli chaton into the center of the Apoxie then set approximately 13 Swarovski clear 2.5mm chatons around the rivoli.

Work Apoxie into the filigree areas on either side of the rivoli setting on the focal then set approximately the remaining clear 2.5mm chatons and the 1.9mm chatons the pattern of your choice.
STEP 3
Apply E-6000® Jewelry and Craft Adhesive to the channel around the edge of the 28mm mesh donut. Insert the mesh donut into the center of the 35mm round focal with square loops.

Set the components aside to dry according to manufacturer's instructions.
STEP 4
Cut the following lengths:
  • Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire: one 13-inch length and eight 8-inch lengths
  • Six 3-inch lengths 3x2.5mm cable chain
  • Twelve 3-inch lengths 2.5mm figaro chain
  • Six 3-inch lengths 2.2mm cable chain
  • Eighteen 1/2 inch lengths French wire
STEP 5
Use the hole puncher to punch a hole in the center of the rounded area on each side of the 59x35mm wavy flat oval focal. Attach one 6mm jumpring to the punched hole and the eight filigree openings (loops) along the top side of the wavy flat oval focal.
STEP 6
Pass one 1-inch eyepin through the first hole on one 30x3.5mm 5-strand smooth rondelle spacer bar then form a simple loop. Repeat to attach an eyepin to the last hole on the spacer bar and three headpins to the center holes.

Repeat to attach headpins and eyepins to a second 5-strand spacer bar then attach a jumpring to the headpin loops and the eyepin loops on the same side.
STEP 7
String one Swarovski chrysolite 8mm round onto one 1-inch 21-gauge headpin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second Swarovski chrysolite 8mm round drop.

Repeat to create two Swarovski gold 8mm pearl drops and one Swarovski chrysolite 6mm round drop.
STEP 8
Repeat to create the following using one 1-inch 24-gauge headpins:
  • Four Swarovski light peach 4mm bicone drops
  • Seven Swarovski light silk 4mm bicone drops
  • Nine Swarovski crystal summer blush 4mm bicone drops
  • Seven Swarovski crystal copper 4mm bicone drops
  • Nine Swarovski chrysolite 4mm bicone drops
  • Four Swarovski topaz AB 4mm bicone drops
  • Eight Swarovski tangerine 4mm bicone drops
  • Seven Swarovski gold 4mm pearl drops
  • Twelve Swarovski iridescent green 4mm pearl drops
STEP 9
String one Swarovski chrysolite 6mm bicone onto one 1-inch eyepin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second Swarovski chrysolite 6mm bicone link.

Repeat to create the following:
  • Two Swarovski chrysolite 6mm round links
  • Two Swarovski crystal summer blush 6mm bicone links
  • Two Swarovski bright gold 6mm pearl links
  • Two Swarovski light gold 6mm pearl links
  • Two Swarovski light peach 6mm bicone links
  • Two Swarovski iridescent green 6mm pearl links
  • Two Swarovski light silk 6mm mini round links
STEP 10
Attach all but three drops from Step 8 to links on each length of chain (Step 4) in the pattern of your choice.
STEP 11
Insert the single loop end of the 35mm round focal with square loops into the clip on the Chain Sta stabilization solution.
STEP 12
Pass one 6mm jumpring through one link, approximately 1-1/4 inch from one end, of one length of 3x2.5mm cable chain and the first round loop on one end of the square loops on the 35mm round focal then close.
STEP 13
Use one 6mm jumpring to connect the loop on one bicone drop, the first link on two lengths of chain and the next square loop on the round focal. Continue to add lengths of chain to each square loop randomly adding the remaining bicone drops.

Repeat Step 12 to attach the last length of cable chain to the last round loop.

First Strand

STEP 14
String onto the 13-inch length of beading wire: one crimp, one length of French wire and the first loop on one 5-strand spacer bar.
STEP 15
Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the French wire leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end.

Crimp, then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a 4mm crimp cover.
STEP 16
String the following onto the beading wire in the pattern of your choice:
  • One Swarovski light peach 4mm bicone
  • Eight 4x2mm smooth heishis
  • Two Swarovski crystal summer blush 4mm bicones
  • Ten 4mm jumprings
  • One Swarovski crystal copper 4mm bicone
  • Three Swarovski bright gold 6mm pearls
  • One Swarovski topaz AB 4mm bicone
  • One Swarovski light silk 4mm bicone
  • One Swarovski light silk 5mm bicone
  • Two Swarovski light peach 6mm bicones
  • One Swarovski crystal summer blush 6mm bicone
  • Two Swarovski light silk 6mm mini rounds
  • One Swarovski light gold 6mm pearl
  • One Swarovski crystal chili pepper 6mm bicone
  • One Swarovski light silk 8x6mm mini oval
STEP 17
Continue to string one silver-lined gold #11 seed bead and the jumpring attached to the punched hole in the center of the top side of the wavy flat oval focal. Repeat the stringing sequence in Step 16 in the opposite direction then repeat Step 14 and 15 using the second 5-strand spacer bar to secure the strand.

Second Strands

STEP 18
String onto one 8-inch length of beading wire: one crimp, one length of French wire and the second jumpring, from the center, attached to the wavy flat oval focal then repeat Step 15 to secure.

String the following onto the beading wire in the pattern of your choice:
  • One Swarovski light silk 4mm bicone
  • Seven 4mm jumprings
  • Two Swarovski light gold 6mm pearls
  • Seven 4x2mm smooth heishis
  • Two Swarovski crystal summer blush 6mm bicones
  • Three Swarovski chrysolite 6mm rounds
  • One Swarovski light silk 6mm mini rounds
  • One Swarovski tangerine 6mm bicone
  • One Swarovski iridescent green 6mm pearl
  • One Swarovski crystal chili pepper 6mm bicones
  • One Swarovski bright gold 6mm pearl
  • One Swarovski light silk 8x6mm mini oval
  • One Swarovski light silk 6mm bicone
Repeat Steps 14 and 15 using the second loop on the 5-strand spacer bar.

Repeat to create a duplicate strand using the second jumpring on the opposite side of the wavy flat oval focal and the second 5-strand spacer bar.

Third Strands

STEP 19
String onto one 8-inch length of beading wire: one crimp, one length of French wire and the third jumpring, from the center, attached to the wavy flat oval focal then repeat Step 15 to secure.

String the following onto the beading wire in the pattern of your choice:
  • Three Swarovski chrysolite 6mm rounds
  • Seven 4x2mm smooth heishis
  • Two Swarovski tangerine 6mm bicones
  • Seven 4mm jumprings
  • Two Swarovski light peach 6mm bicones
  • Two Swarovski crystal summer blush 6mm bicones
  • One Swarovski iridescent green 6mm pearl
  • Two Swarovski light silk 8x6mm mini ovals
  • One Swarovski sunflower 6mm bicone
  • One Swarovski light gold 6mm pearl
  • One Swarovski bright gold 6mm pearl
Repeat Steps 14 and 15 using the third loop on the 5-strand spacer bar.

Repeat to create a duplicate strand using the third jumpring on the opposite side of the wavy flat oval focal and the second 5-strand spacer bar.

Fourth Strand

STEP 20
String onto one 8-inch length of beading wire: one crimp, one length of French wire and the fourth jumpring, from the center, attached to the wavy flat oval focal then repeat Step 15 to secure.

String the following onto the beading wire in the pattern of your choice:
  • Two Swarovski light silk 5mm bicones
  • Eight 4x2mm smooth heishis
  • Two Swarovski iridescent green 6mm pearls
  • Eight 4mm jumprings
  • Two Swarovski light peach 6mm bicones
  • Three Swarovski crystal summer blush 6mm bicones
  • Two Swarovski chrysolite 6mm rounds
  • One Swarovski sunflower 6mm bicone
  • One Swarovski light gold 6mm pearl
  • One Swarovski light silk 8x6mm mini oval
  • One Swarovski tangerine 6mm bicone
  • One Swarovski chrysolite 4mm bicone
Repeat Steps 14 and 15 using the fourth loop on the 5-strand spacer bar.

Repeat to create a duplicate strand using the fourth jumpring on the opposite side of the wavy flat oval focal and the second 5-strand spacer bar.

Fifth Strand

STEP 21
String onto one 8-inch length of beading wire: one crimp, one length of French wire and the last jumpring on one end of the wavy flat oval focal then repeat Step 15 to secure.

String the following onto the beading wire in the pattern of your choice:
  • Three Swarovski light peach 6mm bicones
  • Seven 4x2mm smooth heishis
  • One Swarovski light silk 8x6mm mini oval
  • Eight 4mm jumprings
  • Two Swarovski sunflower 6mm bicones
  • One Swarovski chrysolite 6mm round
  • Two Swarovski tangerine 6mm bicones
  • Two Swarovski bright gold 6mm pearls
  • Two Swarovski light silk 6mm mini rounds
  • One Swarovski iridescent green 6mm pearl
  • One Swarovski light gold 6mm pearl
  • One Swarovski crystal summer blush 4mm bicone
Repeat Steps 14 and 15 using the last loop on the 5-strand spacer bar.

Repeat to create a duplicate strand using the last jumpring on the opposite end of the wavy flat oval focal and the second 5-strand spacer bar.
STEP 22
Pass one 5mm jumpring through the Swarovski chrysolite 6mm round drop (Step 7) and one 5mm jumpring.

Repeat to attach one 5mm jumpring creating a chain. Continue to connect a total of 14 5mm jumprings creating an extender chain.
STEP 23
Pass one 4mm jumpring through the first loop on one Swarovski crystal summer blush 6mm link (Step 9) and the loop on one end of the opposite side of one 5-strand spacer bar then close. Repeat to connect one Swarovski light peach 6mm bicone link to the loop on the opposite end of the previous link.

Repeat to connect one Swarovski chrysolite 6mm bicone and one Swarovski bright gold 6mm pearl link to the loop on the opposite end of the same side.
STEP 24
Pass one 5mm jumpring through the loop the opposite end of each link and the first loop on one Swarovski iridescent green 6mm pearl link then close.

Continue to connect one Swarovski light silk 6mm mini round link, one Swarovski light gold 6mm pearl link and one Swarovski chrysolite 6mm round link using 4mm jumprings.

Use one 5mm jumpring to connect the loop on the fold-over clasp.
STEP 25
Repeat Steps 23 and 24 to finish the second half of the necklace using the extender chain.

Earrings

STEP 1
Cut two 1-3/4 inch lengths of 2.2mm cable chain and two 2-inch lengths and two 2-1/4 inch lengths of 3x2.5mm cable chain.
STEP 2
String one Swarovski chrysolite 4mm bicone onto one 1-inch 24-gauge headpin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a total of six Swarovski chrysolite 4mm bicone drops.

Repeat to create the following drops:
  • Six Swarovski topaz AB 4mm bicone drops
  • Six Swarovski tangerine 4mm bicone drops
  • Six Swarovski light peach 4mm bicone drops
  • Six Swarovski gold 4mm pearl drops
  • Six Swarovski iridescent green 4mm pearl drops
STEP 3
Pass one 4mm jumpring through the first link on one of each length of chain and the loop on one leverback earwire then close.
STEP 4
Attach a total of eighteen drops, in the pattern of your choice, to links on the three lengths of chain gradually decreasing density of drops along each chain. Continue to attach one bicone drop to the last link on each length of chain.
STEP 5
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to create a second earring.
