Using the JoolTool™ to Sand, Buff and Polish Metal Clay

STEP 1
Attach a 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ abrasive disc to the Jooltool, abrasive side down. Turn the Jooltool on medium to high rotation speed.

Firmly hold the baked metal clay that wants polishing with both hands then gently grind the surface of the clay with the abrasive side of the disc for five to ten seconds. Turn off the Jooltool and remove the disc.

Note: It's important to use proper safety equipment, such as safety glasses and a dust mask, when working with JoolTool.
STEP 2
Attach a felt buffing disc to the Jooltool, felt side down. Turn the Jooltool on medium to high rotation speed. Apply a very small amount of jewelers rouge to the felt pad.

Firmly hold the baked metal clay that wants polishing with both hands then gently grind the surface of the clay with the abrasive side of the disc for five to ten seconds. Turn off the Jooltool and remove the disc.
