You can also use your ATM/check card bearing the VISA or MasterCard logo. All prices are stated in US Dollars.

Ordering Confirmation

Within a few minutes of completing your order, you will receive an email from Fire Mountain Gems confirming receipt of your order.

How to Order

  1. Enter Product Information

    Ordering with Fire Mountain Gems is as quick and easy as 1-2-3. Browse the product categories or use the Product Search box to quickly find an item by its description. When you've found the item you are looking for, enter the desired quantity in the quantity box and click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your cart. When an item is successfully added to your cart from a shopping page, the button will change to ''Update''. To change the quantity of any item, enter the new (total) quantity you would like to order and click on the ''Update'' button. To view additional information about a product, click on the item name or image, or use your mouse to ''hover'' over the image. You will find a larger image and detailed product information.

  2. Review Shopping Cart

    To arrive at the shopping cart from any other page, click on the ''Your Cart'' link located in the upper right corner of each page. Once at the shopping cart, you can review all the items that you have placed in your shopping cart and information about each item. You can also make some changes to your shopping cart here, such as modify quantities or remove an item from your shopping cart. If you make any changes to your order, click the "Update Subtotal" button at the bottom of the page. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you are finished selecting items, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

    You will also have the option to restore an item to your cart after using the ''Delete Item'' link. Once again, this option will be available until you navigate away from the shopping cart page or refresh your browser session.

    If a clearance item in your shopping cart sells out, you will receive notification that the item is no longer available and have the option to add the item to your Favorites list for future reference. Adding an item to Favorites at this point allows you to keep the item as a reference directly from your Favorites list. You can use the listing to search for similar items using keywords in the description of the item.

    When your cart update is complete, you may select ''Continue Shopping'' to return to the last shopping page you viewed, or ''Checkout'' to proceed through the checkout process. If you are not logged in when you select ''Checkout'', you will first be directed to the Login page.

  3. Login Page

    If you are new to Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, click the "Create Your Account" button to proceed to the account information page. Current customers may Login using a previously registered email address and password or lookup an existing account using their personal Fire Mountain Gems and Beads account number and zip/postal code.   4. Check Out

    Address Information

    If you need to update your billing information, you may do so at this screen. If you will be shipping to an address that is different from your billing address, please check the appropriate box. The Ship-To Address information will appear and you may either select a recipient from your Address Book and click ''Update'', or enter information for a New Recipient and click ''Continue'' at the bottom of the page.


    All available shipping options to your address will be listed. If you would like more information for any of these methods, please use the link labeled ''When will my order ship?'' near the bottom of the page. Once you have made your selection, click ''Continue'' at either the top or bottom of this page.

    Payment Information

    our product total, shipping cost and total All-Assortable savings will be listed. This is the screen where you will enter any gift certificate numbers and your payment details, then click ''Continue''.

    Order Review

    Confirm all order details, including billing and shipping addresses, shipping method, payment details and Cart contents. This is your last chance to cancel your order before it is processed. Once all information is correct, click ''Finish Your Order''.

    Order Confirmation

    You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of the order, including your order number. Please reference this number if contacting customer service regarding your order.
