How do you take out a bead from earrings and replace with new ones? The bead is glued in.

The easiest way to remove an old bead from a finding is to break the bead with a pair of pliers, being careful not to damage the peg or post. If you choose this route, be sure to wear eye protection. 

If you want to try a less aggressive route, try softening the glue by wrapping the earrings with a wet soapy cloth and let stand several hours. If this doesn't work, repeat the process using baby oil. Acetone or isopropyl alcohol are other liquids often recommended for glue removal, although they are harsher treatments, so use caution when handling.

Once the bead has been removed from the post, use a needle file to clean any excess bead material or glue from the peg. Clean the peg with ODX Degreaser and the earring is ready to glue on a new bead.
