Please can you tell me what size snake chain is best to use for Pandora beads. If I buy the chain in lengths without clasps how do I fix the clasp to the chain?

The caprice or snake-style chain that is generally used with the Pandora-style beads is 3mm in diameter; you can also use a 2mm size. The caprice chain is available in two different bracelet lengths of 7-1/2 and 8-1/2 inches, as well as necklace lengths in 16 and 18 inches. The chain is finished with end caps that have loops. One loop has a lobster claw clasp connected to it, and the other end unscrews, allowing you to slide on your beads. Screw the end cap back on to keep the beads in place. Bead keepers are often used with this type of chain as they fit snugly against the chain's diameter yet can be moved around due to the silicone liningideal for keeping components in specific places.
