I'm just starting out in beading. My interest is in beaded bracelets and necklaces. I'm starting with bracelets first. To prevent waste, how long do I need to make the beading wire before I cut it? How much extra do I leave? 1 - 2 inches? Thank you.
- Frances
As a general rule, I tend to cut my wire 4 inches longer than the finished length of the piece. If the Accu-Flex® beading wire is shorter than that, it can be difficult to manipulate the wire to finish the ends. Ultimately, how much beading wire you leave is a personal preference.
