I have a question about "Mermaid Glass" beads. I'm in the process of setting up an Etsy shop which includes some items with these beads. Am I permitted to use the term "Mermaid Glass beads" in my description or title for these items, or is special permission needed? Thanks!
When customers create designs with Fire Mountain Gems and Beads products, they are welcome to use the brand names that are advertised in those products when selling them. So, yes, absolutely use the term “Mermaid Glass” in the designs that you are selling that contain them!
