Dear Fire Mountain, what tools should I use to cut and finish my memory wire jewelry?

Since memory wire is too hard to use standard jewelry-making pliers or looping tools successfully, we have a couple suggestions. To make your process easier, and extend the life of your tools, use pliers and cutters specifically designed for use with memory wire.

An alternative is to use bead ends. These are half-drilled metal beads that glue onto the cut ends of your memory wire for a neat finish.
