I have purchased plenty of very large hole beads but can't find things to keep them from moving all together on a bracelet and necklace. What can I do to keep them spread out? They move around and stack together. I want to do something with this large investment in all kinds of large hole beads and shapes. Please help!
One great way to keep large-hole beads in place is to use bead keepers. These are beads with a silicone center that hug the cord. Use them on either side of your large-hole bead to hold them in place.
Another option is to use Bead Huggers™. They are tiny beads that fit inside large hole beads and grip stringing materials to prevent sliding.
Or, place crimp beads on your stringing material on either side of your large-hole bead. Close a crimp cover over each crimp and they’ll hold the bead in place provided that your chain or cord is of sufficient thickness for the crimp cover to stay in place.
