I’ve been looking everywhere for pendant settings with dogs or paws. I’ve found owls, turtles, dolphins, cats but no dogs.  Doesn’t seem like they exist. Is there a way to make them? 

You can absolutely make your own pendant settings. Consider using metal clay or polymer clay to sculpt them to your tastes. You can either freehand carve the elements you want into your settings or use stamps to impress in your designs.
