When purchasing the GS Hypo Cement® adhesive, is it better to purchase two or three, or just one tube at a time? I don’t use glue very often. How long does the glue stay effective?

GS Hypo Cement doesn’t dry out as fast as some types of glue, as it has a very fine precision applicator tip, and the cap has a needle that inserts into the tip to keep it clear. The trick is to have a piece of tissue or paper towel handy when you use GS Hypo Cement. When you insert the needle cap tip into the applicator tip there will often be a small bead of glue that forms before you can fully insert the cap. If this happens, insert the needle halfway, quickly wipe away that bead of glue, then push the cap all the way in immediately. It will last much longer than without that maintenance. That being said, having an extra tube on hand is a good idea in order to mitigate frustration in case you do end up with a clogged tube.
