I use mother-of-pearl shell beads and 14Kt gold-filled 3mm beads to make necklaces. What kind of wire do you recommend that won't bleed onto the beads? I have the same question about the 3mm bead. If it's black inside, it can bleed onto the hole of the mother-of-pearl shell beads. Any advice would be great.

It’s so unfortunate to see thread bleed onto delicate beads. To avoid that, we recommend Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire for stringing this sort of necklace. It is cleanly coated so there is nothing to bleed onto the beads. And it comes is a great array of colors! It comes in as narrow as 0.014-inch diameter, and if you use 49-strand it has a beautiful drape.
