Instructions
Necklace Instructions
Step 1
Mix Devcon® 5-Minute® Epoxy according to manufacturer's instructions.
Trim the loop from one 8mm clover charm. Apply a small amount of adhesive to the back side of the clover charm then place it toward the top of one apple green magnesite flat oval.
Allow to dry for approximately five minutes.
Step 2
String onto one 2-inch headpin: one 5x3mm smooth saucer, the clover flat oval and a second 5x3mm smooth saucer then form a simple loop.
String the clover flat oval drop onto the loop on one 10x5mm triangle swirl bail then close the loop.
Step 3
Cut one 18-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire and two 1/2 inch lengths of French wire.
Attach one 4mm jumpring to the loop on one lobster claw clasp. Attach one 4mm jumpring to one 6mm jumpring.
Step 4
String onto the beading wire: one crimp, one length of French wire and the 4mm jumpring attached to the 6mm jumpring. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the French wire leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp, then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire.
Step 5
String two sets of the following onto the beading wire:
- One opaque brown mountain "jade" 8mm round
- One snow quartz 6mm round
- One lime green magnesite 8mm round
- One 5x3mm smooth saucer
- One green Malaysia "jade" 4mm round
- One 5x3mm smooth saucer
- One lime green magnesite 6mm round
Step 6
Continue to string the following:
- One opaque brown mountain "jade" 8mm round
- One snow quartz 6mm round
- One lime green magnesite 8mm round
- One 5x2mm nugget
- One green Malaysia "jade" 4mm round
- One 5x2mm nugget
- One lime green magnesite 6mm round
Step 7
Repeat the stringing sequence in Step 5 then continue to string:
- One opaque brown mountain "jade" 8mm round
- One snow quartz 6mm round
- One lime green magnesite 8mm round
- One nickel-finished #11 hex 2-cut seed bead
- The bail on the clover flat oval drop
- One lime green magnesite 8mm round
- One snow quartz 6mm round
Step 8
String two sets of the following onto the beading wire:
- One opaque brown mountain "jade" 8mm round
- One lime green magnesite 6mm round
- One 5x3mm smooth saucer
- One green Malaysia "jade" 4mm round
- One 5x3mm smooth saucer
- One lime green magnesite 8mm round
- One snow quartz 6mm round
Step 9
Continue to string:
- One opaque brown mountain "jade" 8mm round
- One lime green magnesite 6mm round
- One 5x2mm nugget
- One green Malaysia "jade" 4mm round
- One 5x2mm nugget
- One lime green magnesite 8mm round
- One snow quartz 6mm round
Repeat the stringing sequence in Step 8 then repeat Step 4 using the lobster claw clasp to secure the strand.
Earring Instructions
Step 1
String onto one 1-inch eyepin: one opaque brown mountain "jade" 8mm round, one 5x2mm nugget and one green Malaysia "jade" 4mm round then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second brown 8mm round link.
Step 2
String one lime green magnesite 6mm round onto one 1-inch eyepin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second lime green 6mm round link.
Step 3
Pass one 4mm jumpring through one clover charm and one 4mm jumpring. Attach one 4mm jumpring to the previous jumpring.
Use 4mm jumprings to attach each clover charm to the brown 8mm round end of the brown 8mm round link.
Step 4
Connect the opposite end of the brown 8mm round link to one lime green 6mm round link then attach an earwire to the opposite end.
Step 5
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to create a second earring.
