- Drop, amethyst (natural) and sterling silver, 21x21x15mm-22x22x16mm hand-cut double-sided faceted triangle
- Ear wire, sterling silver, 18mm leverback with 15.5x5mm graduated pyramid and closed loop
- Bead, amethyst (natural), medium to dark, 3x2mm-4x3mm faceted rondelle, B grade, Mohs hardness 7
- Wire protector, Accu-Guard™, sterling silver, 4mm tube, 0.8mm inside diameter
- Mini Bead Huggers™, silicone, white, 1.5x0.5mm rondelle
- Eye pin, sterling silver, 1-1/2 inch, 21 gauge
- Jump ring, sterling silver, 4.5mm round, 2.6mm inside diameter, 19 gauge
- Crimp, sterling silver, 2mm cut tube, 1.4mm inside diameter
- Jump ring, sterling silver, 7x5mm oval, 5.5x3.2mm inside diameter, 18 gauge
- Beading wire, Accu-Flex®, nylon and stainless steel, snow white, 49 strand, 0.014-inch diameter
- Clasp, hook-and-eye, sterling silver, 24x7mm
- Crimp cover, sterling silver, 4mm
- Pearl, White Lotus™, cultured freshwater (bleached), white, 4-4.5mm semi-round, A- grade, Mohs hardness 2-1/2 to 4
Instructions
Necklace Instructions
Step 1
Cut a 21-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
Step 2
Add a 7x5mm jump ring to the loop of an amethyst 22x22x16mm drop.
Step 3
String onto the length of beading wire: one crimp and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp, then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a crimp cover.
Step 4
String a 4mm semi-round pearl and a white 1.5mmx0.5mm Mini Bead Hugger™ onto the beading wire. Repeat 33 more times.
Step 5
String an amethyst 4x3mm rondelle and a Mini Bead Hugger. Repeat seven more times.
Step 6
String a 4mm semi-round pearl and a Mini Bead Hugger. Repeat two more times.
Step 7
String the jump ring added in Step 2 and a Mini Bead Hugger.
Step 8
Repeat Steps 3 - 6 in reverse order to complete the second half of the strand.
Step 9
Use a 4.5mm jump ring to add one half of a hook-and-eye clasp to one end of the beaded strand. Repeat to add a clasp to the opposite end of the necklace.
Earring Instructions
Step 1
String a 4mm semi round pearl onto a 1-1/2 inch eye pin then create a simple loop.
Repeat to create a second link.
Step 2
Use a 4.5mm jump ring to connect one pearl link and one amethyst 22x22x16mm drop.
Pass the opposite loop of the pearl link through the loop of a leverback ear wire then close.
Repeat to complete the second earring.
