Securely close the loops of 39 links.
String one loop of a link onto an open safety pin bail. String 12 #8 seed beads onto the bail then push the link up so both loops cover the top curve of the bail. String three additional seed beads (or more if needed) onto the bail then close. Secure the closure with chain-nose pliers then shift the link down over the closure.
Repeat to create a total of three beaded bails in each of the 13 colors of #8 seed beads.
Cut one 22-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
String a crimp and an Accu-Guard™ wire protector onto the beading wire. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp, trim the excess wire and add a crimp cover.
String 33 sets of the following:

String one #6 opaque black seed bead then 33 sets of the following:
Repeat Step 4 to secure the strand.
Use a 4mm jump ring to attach half of a toggle clasp to one end of the necklace. Add a second jump ring, parallel to the first, to create a double jump ring connection.
Repeat to attach the second half of the toggle clasp to the opposite end of the necklace.
Securely close the loops of two links.
String one loop of a link onto an open safety pin bail. Push the link up so both loops cover the top curve of the bail. String the following #8 seed beads onto the bail:
Close the bail then secure the closure with chain-nose pliers. Shift the link down over the closure.
Repeat to create a second beaded bail.
Attach an ear wire to each beaded bail.
