- Clasp, lobster claw, rhodium-plated brass and steel, 13.5x7mm with swivel
- End bar, silver-finished brass, 26x5mm round tube with fold-in ends, 4mm inside diameter
- Ear wire, silver-plated brass, 18mm perfect balance angular fishhook with 3.5mm stardust ball and open loop, 22 gauge
- Wire protector, Accu-Guard™, silver-plated brass, 4mm tube, 0.5mm inside diameter
- Seed bead, TOHO BEADS®, glass, transparent rainbow light topaz color-lined sea foam, (TR-11-952), #11 round
- Seed bead, TOHO BEADS®, glass, silver-lined translucent milky white jonquil, (TR-11-2125), #11 round
- Seed bead, TOHO BEADS®, glass, silver-lined transparent aquamarine, (TR-11-23), #11 round

- Crimp cover, silver-plated brass, 4mm stardust round.
- Sequin sheet, anodized aluminum, turquoise blue, 8-inch single-sided square with 3mm sequins, 1.5mm thick
- Jump ring, silver-plated brass, 6.5x5mm oval, 4.6x3mm inside diameter, 18 gauge
- Tweezers, stainless steel, 4-3/4 inches with #5 extra-fine tip
- Beading wire, Accu-Flex®, nylon and stainless steel, spring green, 49 strand, 0.014-inch diameter
- Crimp, sterling silver, 2mm cut tube, 1.4mm inside diameter
- Paddle pin, silver-plated brass, 1-1/2 inch teardrop style, 22 gauge
- Jump ring, silver-plated brass, 4mm round, 2.4mm inside diameter, 20 gauge
Instructions
Necklace Instructions
Step 1
Using tweezers to snap the connectors, "cut" a 12x12x13 sequin triangle from one corner of an 8x8 inch aluminum sequin sheet.
Repeat on the opposite corner of the sequin sheet. Set the triangles aside to use when creating earrings.
Step 2
String the following onto a paddle pin then create a simple loop:
- Two cornflower #11 seed beads
- Two silver-lined milky white jonquil #11 seed beads
- Two silver-lined aquamarine #11 seed beads
- Two rainbow light topaz color-lined sea foam #11 seed beads
- Two frosted cobalt #11 seed beads
Repeat to create a total of 102 drops.
Step 3
Cut 26 8-inch lengths of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
Step 4
Onto a length of beading wire string a crimp and an Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire through the first loop on the cut section of the sequin sheet then back through the crimp.
Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard and the loop of the sequin sheet sits in the loop of the Accu-Guard, leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end.
Crimp, trim the excess wire and add a crimp cover.
Step 5
String 5-1/2 inches of frosted cobalt seed beads.
String a crimp. Crimp and trim excess wire.
Repeat to add the following strands of seed beads to the loops of the cut section of sequin sheet:
- A second strand of frosted cobalt seed beads
- Three strands of rainbow light topaz color-lined sea foam seed beads
- Three strands of silver-lined aquamarine seed beads
- Three strands of silver-lined milky white jonquil seed beads
- Two strands of cornflower seed beads
Step 6
Slide the crimps of the beaded strands into a tube end bar then fold the ends to secure.
Step 7
Repeat Steps 6 and 7 to add strands to the second cut section of the sequin sheet.
Step 8
Using 4mm jump rings, add a beaded paddle pin drop to each of the loops along the edges of the sequin sheet furthest from the frosted cobalt strands.
Step 9
Use a 4mm jump ring to attach a lobster claw clasp to the loop of one end bar. Repeat to create a double jump ring connection.
Step 10
Use a 4mm jump ring to attach a 6.5x5mm oval jump ring to the loop of the second end bar. Repeat to create a double jump ring connection.
Use two 4mm jump rings in a double jump ring connection to connect the added oval jump ring and a second oval jump ring. Repeat four more times to complete the extender chain.
Earrings Instructions
Step 1
String the following onto a paddle pin then create a simple loop:
- Two cornflower #11 seed beads
- Two silver-lined milky white jonquil #11 seed beads
- Two silver-lined aquamarine #11 seed beads
- Two rainbow light topaz color-lined sea foam #11 seed beads
- Two frosted cobalt #11 seed beads
Repeat to create a total of 24 drops.
Step 2
Attach the loop of an ear wire to the corner loop of a triangle section of sequin sheet.
Repeat using a second ear wire and section of sequin sheet.
Step 3
Use 4mm jump rings to add a beaded paddle pin drop to each of the loops along the edge of the sequin sheet opposite the ear wire.
Repeat to complete the second earring.
