- Drop, gold-plated steel, 26mm wavy flat round
- Shears, Lindstrom®, steel and plastic, black and blue, 5-3/4 inches
- Pliers, EUROTOOL®, hole punch, steel, 5-1/2 inches with 1.5mm round punch
- Jump ring, gold-plated brass, 6x4mm oval, 4.3x2.5mm inside diameter, 20 gauge
- Ear wire, gold-finished stainless steel and brass, 15mm fishhook with 2.5mm ball and open loop, 21 gauge
- Drop, TierraCast®, antique silver-plated pewter (tin-based alloy), 22.5x5.5mm double-sided flat trapezoid with Celtic braid
Instructions
Step 1
Use a sharpie and a straight edge to draw a triangle shape on the round drop. Use shears to cut out the shape. Use a hole punch to punch out a hole between the tip of the triangle and the original hole on top of the round drop.
Step 2
Open an oval jump ring. Pass on a TierraCast® drop and a second oval jump ring then close. Open a third oval jump ring and pass on the second jump ring and the punched hole then close.
Step 3
Attach an ear wire to the original hole of the round drop.
Repeat to create a second earring.
