Instructions
Create one 21-1/2 inch length and six single-loop links of 8mm round chain by opening the figure-8 connectors.
Mix Devcon® 2 Ton® Epoxy according to manufacturer's instructions.
Apply a small dab of epoxy to the back of one AB pear flat back near the point.
Press a chain tab onto the back of the flat back so the tip of the flat back is aligned with the bottom of the large hole. Repeat to create a total of six crystal AB drops, six sapphire drops and six graphite drops.
On one of the crystal AB drops, glue a second chain tab to the wide end of the flat back with the large hole sticking out, forming a link. Set aside to cure.
Use a jump ring to connect a crystal AB drop to the bottom of the crystal AB link.
Use a jump ring to connect one single link of chain to two of each colored drop.
Use a jump ring to connect the component from Step 4 to the center link of the chain.
On one side of the center AB drop, connect the following using separate 8mm links: one crystal AB drop with 8mm loop and one crystal AB drop.
Skip one link on the chain then connect: one sapphire drop, one sapphire drop with 8mm link and one sapphire drop.
Skip one link on the chain then repeat the above pattern using the graphite drops.
Repeat on the opposite side of the center AB drop.
Use a jump ring to connect the lobster claw clasp to one end of the chain to complete the circlet.
Create two 4-link lengths of chain and two single-links.
Attach one single-link to the second loop of a length of chain. Repeat using the remaining link and length of chain.
Mix Devcon 2 Ton Epoxy according to manufacturer's instructions.
Apply epoxy to the back of two crystal AB flat backs. Press a chain tab onto the flat back of one so the tip of the pear is flush with the bottom of the large hole. Press together the other flat back to sandwich the chain connector.
Repeat to create a total of two crystal AB drops, two sapphire drops and two graphite drops. Set aside to cure.
Use a jump ring to connect the crystal AB drop to one end of the 4-link length of chain then use a jump ring to connect the sapphire drop to the opposite end.
Use a jump ring to connect the graphite drop to the single link.
Attach an ear wire to a link on the length of chain that does not have a drop or a single link attached.
Repeat Steps 4 and 5 to create a second earring.
