- Bead, cubic zirconia and gold-finished brass, clear, 36x4.5mm curved tube
- Charm, cubic zirconia and gold-finished brass, clear, 13mm single-sided tree of life with 5mm jump ring
- Clasp, lobster claw, gold-finished "pewter" (zinc-based alloy) and glass rhinestone, clear, 15.5x11mm
- Cord, leather (dyed), pink, 1.4-1.6mm round
- End cap, TierraCast®, "Hammertone" collection, gold-plated pewter (tin-based alloy), 10x7mm hammered cap
- Jump ring, gold-plated brass, 4.5mm round, 2.9mm inside diameter, 20 gauge
- Jump ring, gold-plated brass, 6mm round, 4.2mm inside diameter, 18 gauge
- Adhesive, epoxy, Devcon® 2 Ton® Clear Epoxy, 30-minute, 2-part
Instructions
Step 1
Cut three 6-inch lengths of cord.
Step 2
Mix a small amount of Devcon® 2 Ton® epoxy according to manufacturer's instructions.
Apply a small amount of epoxy inside an end cap. Place one end of each length of cord inside the end cap and allow to dry.
Step 3
Once dry, slide a curved tube bead onto each length of cord. Repeat Step 2 to secure the strand.
Step 4
Open a 4.5mm jump ring. Slide on one end cap at the end of the strand then close. Open a 6mm jump ring. Slide on the 4.5mm jump ring and the large side of a clasp then close.
Open a 6mm jump ring. Slide on a tree of life charm then close. Open a 4.5mm jump ring. Slide on the 6mm jump ring, the small loop of the clasp and the unused end cap then close.
