Cut a 3-foot length of Nymo® thread. Thread a beading needle then add a stop bead.
Pick up ten color-lined rainbow light lime #8 cut seed beads then slide them close to the stop bead. These beads will become the first two rows of peyote stitch.
Using the peyote stitch technique, stitch a 17-row length then secure the thread.

Cut a 3-foot length of Nymo thread then thread a beading needle.
Pass through several of the woven #8 seed beads, exiting the outer edge through the first bead of the third row.
Pick up the following:
Pick up a #15 seed bead then pass back through the beads picked up in Step 6.
Pass through the adjacent #8 seed bead in the second row of peyote stitch.
Repeat Steps 6 - 8 to add fringe to each bead of the third row, passing out through the last bead of the fourth row after adding the last fringe.
Going back and forth across the peyote stitch section, repeat Steps 6 - 9 to add fringe to each row. Weave through several beads to secure the thread. For additional security, add a knot.
Cut a 3-foot length of Nymo beading thread then thread a beading needle.
Pass through several of the woven #8 seed beads to secure the thread, exiting the first bead of the third row (the second edge bead).
Pick up five #15 seed beads, pass in through the next edge bead then out the next.
Repeat to add a five-bead picot between each bead down the edge, exiting out the last edge bead.
Pick up five #15 seed beads, pass in through the second to last edge bead and out through the third to last. Repeat to add a second layer of picot back up the edge, exiting in through the first bead of the first row.
Pick up two #15 seed beads then pass through the next #8 of the first row. Repeat three more times then pick up two more #15 seed beads.
Pass in through the last bead of the second row (first edge bead on that side) and out through the next edge bead.
Repeat Steps 13 and 14 to add edging to the opposite side of the pendant.
Weave through several beads in the peyote stitch to secure the thread. For additional security, add a knot.
Cut two 23-inch lengths of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire and two 1/2 inch lengths of French wire.
String a crimp and a length of French wire onto the beading wire. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the French wire leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp, trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire and add a crimp cover.
String twelve sets of one clear AB 4mm round and one bugle bead.
String a 4mm round, a crimp and a bugle bead. Pass through the first bead of the first row of peyote, string a bugle bead then pass back through the crimp. Pull tight then crimp to secure. Trim excess wire then add a crimp cover.
Repeat Steps 20 - 22, using the last seed bead from the first row, to create the second half of the necklace.
Add a 5.5mm jump ring to one end of the necklace then use a second jump ring to add a lobster claw clasp to the opposite end.
String an inside color rainbow sea foam #11 seed bead, a clear AB 4mm round and a bugle bead onto a head pin then create a simple loop. Repeat to create a total of six single bugle drops.
String a #11 seed bead, a 4mm round and two bugle beads onto a head pin then create a simple loop. Repeat to create a total of six double bugle drops.
String the loops of the following onto a 5.5mm jump ring then close:
Repeat to complete a second earring.
