Instructions
Cut an 11-inch section of 22-gauge bronze-finished copper ParaWire™. Then cut a 2.25-inch section of 20-gauge bronze-finished copper ParaWire.
Thread about two inches of the end of the 11-inch 22-gauge wire through the hole in an 18mm crystal heart drop. Bring the two sides of the wire together at the top of the heart. Wrap the shorter length of wire around the longer length of wire twice. Then cut off and tuck in the shorter length of wire.
About 6mm from the wrapped wire, make a small wire-wrapped loop in the remaining length of wire. Wrap the wire all the way down over the original wraps. Thread a 3mm crystal bicone bead onto the wire and wrap it upward so the bead faces forward. Repeat with four more 3mm crystal bicone beads, alternating between white opal and Siam hues. Wrap the end of the wire one more time. Then cut it off and tuck it in the back.
Make a small simple loop in the end of the 2.25-inch 20-gauge wire. For instructions on creating a simple loop, view the "Making a Simple Loop" how-to video and illustrated instructions. Thread a 3mm Siam crystal bicone bead onto the wire. Using chain-nose pliers, make a 70-degree bend in the wire just above the bicone bead. Set the smaller barrel of the extra-large round Wubbers® Designer Mandrel pliers on the wire at the bend. Push the tail of the wire around the barrel of the pliers to make a three-quarter circle at the bend in the wire. Use chain-nose pliers to make an outward bend in the last 0.25-inches of the tail of the wire. Add the ear wire you just created to the loop on the heart component. Use a wire rounder to soften the end of the earring wire.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 to make the second earring.
