Instructions
Cut one 7-inch length of twisted square wire.
Form a teardrop-shaped wrapped loop on one end of the wire approximately 1/4 x 1-3/8 inches by forming the wire into a teardrop shape then finishing the wrapped loop like standard.
Tip: View our ''Making a Wrapped Loop and Double-Wrapped Loop'' how-to video and illustrated instructions for more information.
Pass the working end of the wire through a 28mm starfish drop from the foil side. Bend the loop up and over the top of the starfish so the loop is perpendicular to the hole of the drop.
Wrap the working wire down and around one arm of the starfish, then behind the next arm below the first.
Repeat Step 2 to form a similarly sized teardrop wrapped loop perpendicular to the first.
String one aquamarine 6mm round onto a head pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a total of seven drops: two aquamarine, two erinite and three Capri blue.
Connect five 4.5mm jump rings together forming a 1-1 chain then connect the chain to the bottom loop of the wire-wrapped starfish.
Attach one 6mm drop to each jump ring of the chain then add a 6mm drop to the teardrop loop on either side of the embellished chain.
String a chain through the teardrop bail to complete the necklace.
String one aquamarine 6mm round onto a head pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a total of six drops: two aquamarine, two Capri blue and two erinite.
Pass one 6.5mm round jump ring through one 20mm starfish drop then close.
Pass one 4.5mm jump ring through the 6.5mm jump ring and one erinite drop then close.
Pass a second 4.5mm jump ring through the previous jump ring and one aquamarine drop then close.
Pass a third 4.5mm jump ring through the previous 4.5mm jump ring, a Capri blue drop and an ear wire then close.
Repeat Step 2 to create a second earring.
