Instructions
Cut a 6-inch length of 18-gauge wire.
Grip the center of the wire with round nose pliers then push each side to create a V-shape. Gently curve each side of the wire into a subtle S-shape. Create a small spiral on each end of the wire.
Hammer the wire base to flatten.
Cut a 22-inch length of 26-gauge wire.
Tightly wrap one end of the wire around the base directly next to a spiral three times.
Bring the wire around to the front of the base. Make a 90-degree bend approximately 2mm above and perpendicular to the base. String on a 4mm bicone then wrap tightly around the base. Repeat to wrap bicones along the entire base. Secure by wrapping tightly three times directly next to the second spiral. Trim any excess wrapping wire.
String one 4mm bicone, one 8x6mm tear drop and five 4mm bicones onto a head pin then create a simple loop. Attach the simple loop to the wrapping wire behind the center of the focal component.
Disconnect the two center links of an 18-inch chain. Reattach each link to the spirals of the focal.
Cut an 18-inch length of 18-gauge wire.
Create a spiral approximately 3/4 of an inch in diameter at one end of the wire. Gently curve the wire in a subtle serpentine shape then create a matching spiral.
Hammer the wire base to flatten. Gently shape the hammered wire into a bangle with the spirals slightly bypassing each other.
Cut a 3-inch length of 18-gauge wire. Create a simple loop on one end of the wire and string on an 8x6mm teardrop.
Make a large 3/4 inch loop directly next to the teardrop then a small simple loop in the opposite direction to create a hook clasp. Trim any excess wire.
Cut a 4-inch length of 26-gauge wire. Tightly wrap the wire on the outside of a spiral, facing the other spiral, three times.
Attach the simple loop of the clasp to the spiral directly next to the wraps. Bring the wrapping wire around the clasp just under the loop and wrap three times on the other side. Trim any excess wire.
Cut a 12-inch length of 18-gauge wire.
Create a large simple loop at one end of the wire. Grip the center of the wire with round nose pliers. Push both sides of the wire to create a V-shape. Gently curve one side of the wire to create half of a teardrop shape. Bend the wire up then create a large simple loop.
Gently bend the other side of the wire to mirror the first. Just below the simple loop, wrap the wire around the tip of round nose pliers. Bring the wire up and behind the simple loop, then wrap tightly below the simple loop to secure. Trim any excess wire.
Repeat to create a second wire base.
Hammer both wire bases to flatten, avoiding the loops and wraps.
Cut a 30-inch length of 26-gauge wire.
Tightly wrap one end of the wire around the base, approximately one inch from the loops, four times.
Bring the wire around to the front of the base. Make a 90-degree bend approximately 2mm above and perpendicular to the base. String on a 4mm bicone then wrap tightly around the base. Repeat to wrap bicones along the entire base, ending level with the starting point on the opposite side. Secure by wrapping tightly four times. Trim any excess wrapping wire.
Repeat to embellish the second wire base.
String one 4mm bicone, one 8x6mm tear drop and five 4mm bicones onto a head pin then create a simple loop. Attach the loop of the drop to the inner loop of the wire base.
Repeat to add a drop to the second focal.
Add an ear wire to the top loop of each focal.
