String and center an 8mm pearl onto a 24-inch length of 28-gauge wire.
On one side of the wire string six 2mm lapis lazuli rounds. Bring the wire around and back through the hole, pulling snug to circle the lapis around the pearl. Repeat on the other end of the wire with seven lapis rounds to complete the first ring.
Working with one side of the wire pass under the wire between two lapis rounds. String on a 3mm garnet round then wrap over and under the lapis ring, between the next two lapis rounds. Repeat to add half of a ring of garnets. Continue with the other end of the wire for the second half of the ring.
Bring the wires together behind the pearl and twist tightly to secure. Continue to twist the wires together to create a stem.

Fold the wire in half into a curved V-shape. Twist the ends together into a stem and adjust to create the desired leaf shape.

Repeat Steps 5 - 7 to create a total of three mesh leaves.
