Does Tammy reduce the ends of the tubular bracelet so that they are not a hole?
A.
The ends are reduced to make it easier to add the beads and the clasp, as well as to refine the design so it has a nice overall appearance. The tube is still open all the way through; the ends just have a smaller opening.
