What tools should I use to stretch the Sterling silver bezel for a cabochon that has fallen out of it's setting? Which tool do I use to get the bezel down around the stone again?

You may not need to stretch the bezel. It is most likely that some stretching has already occurred and is what led to the stone falling out. The tools needed to reset your stone are a bezel roller or pusher and a burnisher. Instructions for setting a stone can be found in the how-to video "Bezel Setting Stones the Easy Way".
