Using scissors, cut one 80-inch length of ecru silk thread. Thread on a beading needle and double the thread. Tie an overhand knot to secure the two ends together.
String on one white pearl, one 6mm golden shadow rondelle crystal and the loop on one side of the clasp. Slide all three components down towards the knot. Pass the needle back through the pearl.
Pull the working thread (long strand) until the crystal is snug against the clasp. Tie an overhand knot using the tail end over the working thread. Pass the needle through the pearl and slide the pearl against the first knot.
String onto the thread one pearl and place it against the last pearl. Make an overhand knot using the working thread. Slip the knot over the awl of the "Bead Knotter."
Slide the knot all the way down so it rests against the base of the Bead Knotter. Hold the Bead Knotter in one hand and place your hand under the tab. Place the working thread over the fork, then pull the thread with your other hand so the knot is pulled snugly against the pearl. Raise the fork to tighten the knot against the needle and the pearl.
Repeat Steps 4 and 5, adding five pearls and one crystal for a total of ten sets ending with a crystal, until you have knotted between all but the last two beads.
Thread on the last pearl and crystal and the second half of the clasp. Pass the needle and thread back through the crystal and pull the thread tight against the clasp. Tie a half hitch knot between the crystal and the pearl.
Bring the working thread through the pearl.
Trim the thread on both ends of the necklace.
String one 6mm golden shadow rondelle crystal onto a gold-filled 1-inch eyepin. Using a pair of round-nose pliers, chain-nose pliers and side-cutting pliers, form a simple loop on the straight end of the wire, creating a golden shadow rondelle beading link. Repeat to create two golden shadow rondelle beading links.
String one white freshwater pearl onto a gold-filled 2-inch headpin. Using a pair of round-nose pliers, chain-nose pliers and side-cutting pliers, form a wrapped loop on the straight end of the wire, creating a wrapped loop pearl bead drop. Repeat to create two wrapped loop pearl bead drops.
Open the loop on one side of a golden shadow rondelle beading link. Pass the open loop through the wrapped loop on the pearl bead drop. Close the loop
Pass the opposite loop on the golden shadow rondelle beading link onto the ear hoop. Close the ear hoop.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to create the second earring.
