Using a pair of scissors, cut four 36-inch lengths of mahogany bonded twine and two 6-inch lengths of turquoise faux suede.
Pass the end of one 6-inch length of turquoise faux suede through the hole of a sky jasper 30mm donut. Fold 1-inch of the suede back onto itself. Apply a small amount of adhesive to the inside edges of the suede to hold the donut in place.
Repeat to attach the second length of suede to the opposite side of the sky jasper 30mm donut.
Match the ends of two 36-inch lengths of mahogany bonded twine. Pass the strands through the folded suede on one side of the donut.
Make a surgeon's knot using the two strands over the first side of the suede. Pass the strands around the outside of the suede and make another surgeon's knot on the opposite side of the suede.
For this project you will want to make loose knots, which will leave more of the blue suede showing.
String one root beer seed bead onto the two strands on the right and one root beer seed bead onto the two strands on the left.
Make a surgeon's knot on the first side of the suede, another surgeon's knot on the second side of the suede then a third surgeon's knot on the first side.
String one 4mm round silver-plated bead onto the two strands on the right and one 4mm round silver-plated bead onto the two strands on the left.
Make three surgeon's knots on the opposite side of the suede for each set of beads.
Repeat Steps 5 and 6 two times for a total of three sets.
Repeat Step 5 one more time.
Pass the end of the suede through the 10mm jumpring. Fold 3/4 inch of the suede back onto itself covering the ends of the last two surgeon's knots in between. Apply a small amount of adhesive to the inside edges of the suede to hold the jumpring in place.
Repeat Steps 3 - 7 on the second length of suede.
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, open a 5mm jumpring. Pass it through the 10mm jumpring attached to the suede on the first side of the bracelet and the loop on a lobster claw claps. Close the jumpring. Open a 5mm jumpring and pass it through the 10mm jumpring on the oppsosite side of the bracelet and a 7mm jumpring. Close the jumpring.
Place a small amount of adhesive to the back of each of the surgeon's knots. Allow adhesive to harden for 24 hours.
