Using flush-cutters, cut the following:
Two 3 link lengths of antiqued silver-plated brass 8mm circle link chain
One 15-inch length of silver color steel 34-gauge round wire
Gently bend out the sides of the antiqued silver-finished brass toe ring until the ring is flat with a gentle curve on the outer edges of the ring.
Using a #10 beading needle punch a hole in the center of the black bracelet strap 3/4 inch from the buckle. Pass the 15-inch length of wire through the hole from the back of the bracelet.
Pass the wire around the outer edge of the first 8mm link on a 3 link length of chain. Pass the wire back through the hole to the back side of the bracelet strap. Wrap the tail of the wire around the working end of the wire to secure it in place.
Punch a hole through the black bracelet strap 5/16 inch from the first hole. Pass the wire through the hole from the back of the bracelet to the front, around the connecting link between the first and second 8mm circle links on the chain and back through the hole to the back of the bracelet. Repeat punching holes and attaching the chain to the black bracelet strap between the second and third 8mm circle links on the chain and again at the outer edge of the third 8mm link of the chain.
Punch a hole through the black bracelet strap 1/4 inch from the last hole. Position the flattened toe ring on the black bracelet strap adjacent to the last 8mm link of the chain. Pass the wire from the back of the black bracelet strap, through the center V-portion of the toe ring above the hole, around the right outer edge of the V-portion and through the hole to the back of the black bracelet strap. Wrap the wire under itself on the back of the strap and back up through the same hole. Attach the wire to the toe ring on the left outer edge of the V-portion and through the hole to the back of the black bracelet strap.
Punch a hole through the black bracelet strap 5/8 inch from the last hole. Pass the wire from the back of the black bracelet strap, around the center filigree edge of the toe ring above the hole and through the hole to the back of the black bracelet strap.
Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to attach the opposite half of the toe ring to the black bracelet strap.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to attach the second 3 link length of chain to the opposite side of the black bracelet strap. Wrap the end of the wire around itself to secure it in place after the last hole.
Using scissors cut a 4-1/2 inch x 3/16 inch length of scrap leather.
Mix Araldite® Standard Epoxy according to manufacturer’s instructions. Place a thin layer of adhesive on the 8mm flat pad in the center of the flattened toe ring and on the back of the 10x8mm oval turquoise cabochon. Press the cabochon on to the flat pad. Let the adhesive set for 90 minutes. Make sure to use proper ventilation when using this product.
Repeat to attach the leather strip to the back of the black bracelet strap over the wire.
